This I understand and, as a designer, as often as possible I take my face and brain out of the screen. Innately I believe it's how humans have evolved to be in the world. There isn't an app or a program I could upload which would work as well as the thousands of years of biological and chemical programming nature has given each of us. Thanks, Ryan, for reminding us to live in the real world, look people in the eye, smile, write on paper ans read real books. Amor fati, baby. 💪😎👍
