The ENTIRE Cheesecake Factory SKINNYLICIOUS Appetizers and Salad Menu For THE FIRST TIME!!

- I have never tried Cheesecake Factory's Skinnylicious Menu in my own Cheesecake Factory journey and I feel like I always avoid anything that is deemed "healthy" when I go to Cheesecake Factory because.....WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN THEY HAVE THE BEST FOOD OF ALL TIME! However, some of you all were curious about their Skinnylicious offerings, so I spent all the money to do so and I surprisingly don't regret it! There are some crossover menu items that are from some of the other menus I've tried before at The Cheesecake Factory. Do you order from the Skinnylicious menu at Cheesecake Factory or have you tried anything on the menu that you love?? Please let me know in the comments and if you liked this one I will go back and try all of the Skinnylicious Entrees.

Avocados start to turn brown when you cut them open due to oxidization. They are completely fine to eat. Taste isnt any different either. If you want to prevent it leave the pit in the half you cut, or put a little citrus or salt on it. Same concept for guacamole. and tightly wrap it in plastic wrap. :) P.S love your vids. I'm a chef and I've always thought how cool it would be to make you and matt a private dinner xD

I actually haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in a while, but I remember really loving the lettuce wraps. And Brussels sprouts are always a win for me, too.

Being that this is the second Cheesecake Factory video I have watched today, I feel like a visit is in order! That being said I will NOT be eating off this god forsaken ill-named menu section 😂
The last time I went to the Cheesecake factory I got those lettuce wraps and about died and went to heaven. I ended up asking for a bowl, cut it all up, and dumped the dressing on to eat it like a big 'ol salad and had ZERO regrets. I also ate the chicken taquitos because they are AMAZING.

Not a stupid question about avocados. It really comes down to the actual feel of the avocado less so the color. You want the avocado skin to darken and for it to be firm with a slight give to the flesh like the texture of a ripe peach but not so soft that it starts to rot. But usually the only way to truly tell is to cut into it and if it's perfectly ripe you can cut it up without it turning to mush if it's slightly squishy it's probably better for guacamole. I usually only chunk them if the inside is darker or if it starts to sprout. Also once they soften I store mine in the fridge to halt the ripening process. Also I really enjoy pickled beets on my salads they have a sweet and sour flavor like gherkins thank you Shoney's for introducing me to them because I was definitely a beet disliker until after I was 30 😅.

Eat it! Still tasty :) it's like when apples go brown on the outside after sitting out... not as good as fresh but not gonna kill you heheh@@ErinRobinson

I appreciate your honest and funny reviews. I promise you there are some good entrees on the skinny licious menu, tuscan chicken, any taco, salmon and the fried chicken are my favorite. You’d like the skinny steak too.
And you can substitute the boring side salads for fruit or fries of broccoli.
The lettuce wraps you are thinking of have been off the menu for a while (a miss them too). California Pizza Kitchen has them now.

@@ErinRobinson Oh girl, I have no idea! LOL I'm just back "on the wagon". BUT, I can tell you one of the RUclipsrs I just started following seems pretty good. Her name is Autumn Bates. She seems to focus on low carb, high lean protein. Nothing seems TOO far out there.... so far. I'm in it mostly for her recipes. :) Good luck, and please do the rest of the SkinnyLicious menu! :)

As someone who can’t eat dairy I truly appreciate you trying all these. I mean just in case I’m dining with someone who can eat dairy it’s nice to know what I should recommend 😂
I love dairy but it doesn't love me, but I can't imagine life without it. Can you take pills and still eat it? Or is it completely off limits?
@@ErinRobinson since I’m allergic to the casein protein not the lactose unfortunately it’s a complete no go unless I want to feel like complete trash for 24-48 hours. I’m just blessed we live in a world where dairy substitutes exist and I can still eat ice cream! But cheese used to be my love language and that was a hard breakup.

just scrape off the top layer of the avocado that turned dark (im assuming youre talking about other half of the one you left in the fridge) and its green and normal under there

@@ErinRobinsonthe dark parts are just oxidation from being exposed to oxygen. It’s totally safe to eat, but it can tend to be bitter, as it’s enzymes that cause the reaction in the first place. Aka why people recommend scraping it off.

I love these videos, though ... ugh, skinnylicious. Not what I think of for Cheesecake Factory. But I would not be disappointed if I ate the taquitos or wontons with an Asian salad.

Sorry about your hand... hair looks pretty fire though. You kind of swayed me to try the Mexican Tortilla Salad next time I go to the Cheesecake Factory. And then I'll ruin my healthy meal with a Key Lime Cheesecake.
You gotta get a solid dressing for it. I actually reallllllly like their honey mustard, which is not technically a "dressing" but a "sauce" for them and it is INCREDIBLE.
Lemme give that a shot then. Their food is normally rich and it shouldn't be much different with their dressings or sauces.

because i'm on a health journey i was curious to see what you thought of these, and i also pulled up the nutritional info. sad to say that the brussels are one of the LEAST healthy items on the menu, coming in at 590 calories, 46g fat, 410g sodium, and 30g of carbs! they must cook them in butter or something! it's so hard eating out, you can't even trust the skinny menus anymore!

Girl leave the tree. Lights are magical it just happens to be on a tree. Legit, it’s something about the lights. And not daylight/overheard lights. The pretty/twinklish lights. Can’t explain it but it helps depression. I swear by it. Anyone who loves/know u knows the deal.
