      Sarah i hate insurance. I need a treatment for my advanced arthritis. It’s $1,000 every 4 months. The insurance rejected it. 2 doctors tried to talk directly to the insurance TWICE, and no, they won’t pay. They rather pay a surgery than a treatment, which is scary and sad.

      lymphedema patients struggle so much because of lack of education in the medical community and because of MEDICARE DOESN'T COVER MOST NEEDED COMPRESSION GARMENTS. Lymphedema progresses rapidly without proper treatment. Shame on those politicians who have failed to endorse the bill for Medicare Lymphedema treatment coverage

    She's a warrior. The level of positivity, strength and bravery she has, trust me we don't even have 10% of it....you rocked it girl..... seeing her walk made me cry.....her mother would have been the happiest, she was just waiting fir her child to get well.... she's a proud mom of a proud daughter ❤️❤️❤️

    Amazing the things we take for granted. To see her joy when she was able to walk outside. Her positivity is infectious. She made the most of what she had at the time. Learned to play the ukele, bed yoga. 👏 Truly wish her the best. Your mom is smiling and proud.

      ❤ if you've never struggled like this its hard to know what its like to be bedridden. Often have people tell me they would love to not work because they don't get what its like to not be able to work. On my end, I try to remember that people say these things because they have no understanding of it, which makes me happy because that means they haven't experienced it.

      So Proud of your strong determination to fight for your health! 🎉🎉Seeing you take those first steps was So Exilliarating! I was cheering your every step! My daughter who is a 15 yr, Stage IV, breast cancer survivor has also been unable to walk for almost 3 yrs so I can truly identify with your pain!😢 She had an adverse reaction to a cancer drug that caused
      transverse myelitis. She has finally progressed to a one armed cane & walking on her own a little. When I saw the Pic of your mom, I realized I knew her & wondered what happened to her & her girls? I happened to mention her to a lady from Goodwill Church & she told me that your mom had passed some years ago. Since I have lived in Texas since after 2008, I probably may have missed getting this information. Your mother was such a lovely person, I can see where you get your outgoing personality from!❤She spent a lot of time @ our home and was very close to our children❤May you continue much Success on your journey!🎉 Be Blessed!       Like a pregnant belly ... but take the correct vitamins and minerals etc. etc. to ensure that such doesn't ever result in dreaded STRETCH MARKS ... which ARE totally avoidable.

    My goodness my heart just broke and in the same second it healed and I was shouting go girl -----goooo girl keep walking forward!!!!! I felt her determination and will to survive along with the love she felt from her biggest cheerleaders, see ,,,,,,,friends are made sometimes in the least expected places , she felt the sunshine how much more precious can you get . Life is beautiful even when you're sad.

      mari isgood my mom passed away 4 months ago. She had polysistic kidney disease and was sick with other illnesses as well. May God bless everyone Ameen ❤️

    I can tell you that this woman has a strong spirit. I have my own health issues and sometimes I break down and cry or get angry about how hard it is sometimes. I'm going to stop allowing my illness to define me. Good luck to everyone out there struggling. We can do it. ❤

      After the surgery the leg will not do much of what anymore? She said slowing or slurring, I don't make out the word.

    I'm so happy she got her surgery and now she's able to walk outside without her walker.

    I'm so proud of you young lady.
    I know that your mom is also. I know how hard it is to lose your best friend and mom. I have also. It has been 18yrs. since I loss my mom.
    The best advice I can give you, while it never gets better it gets different.

    So proud of you..so happy for you, what a great achievement learning to walk again..I had both knees shattered in a car accident and had 4 operations, I stayed at the Senior Citizen/ Rehab facility for almost a year and it was very difficult...4 years in bed, such an Epic event your surgery and then walking...God Bless you and those that stood by you...
