I have lots of fear because I am thinking that I am the body but from this video I got realised that my body is just an instrument it can be changed according to situation.
So whatever fear we have that if something may happen with our body so what can we do but when we realise that our body is just an instrument we can change it according to situation so we get free from all these types of evil thoughts that our mind continuously on producing these types of thoughts...
Therefore I suggest you use your body as an instrument and your mind is a part of your instrument in simple words mind is a software and body is a hardware .. we can change it according to you are circumstances..
