    Going to try this!!! I've been putting oil in my hair before I wash it because most shampoos dry my hair out, then I condition it and it's been thriving so this method is a no brainer...thanks for sharing

    Thanks for this demo. And for explaining which oils penetrate. I oil rinsed last night. I used grapeseed oil. It was too thick and left my hair oily.

      Hmmm… grapeseed oil is one of the lighter oils. If you decide to try it again, use less and see if that helps 😊

    Funny I do this for my dogs. I use olive oil. Never thought of doing this for me. I have very dry hair. Gonna do this now. Thanks.

      @@yolonaturally I have 2 yprkies Finn and Annalisa. Finn has very dry skin. Anna silky but has marshmallow hair and mats. It helps with both. I use that same technique like u. I don't know why I've never tried it on my dry hair.

    I do oil mixed with a leave in for slip first let sit for an hour then wash followed by deep condition and its a game changer, hair is strong and healthy right after. .

    How is "oil rinsing" any different from what we used to call a "hot oil treatment"?

    • @yolonaturally
      @yolonaturally  Год назад +10

      I do hot oil treatments before I shampoo my hair. I do oil rinsing after I shampoo and deep condition my hair 😊

    Thanks for this video. I've heard about oil rinsing. How often do you oil rinse?

      I’ve been doing it every wash day which is once a week. I started a little over a month ago. I love it! Thanks for watching 😊
