I’m kind of surprised they are going for five seasons. Given the already sped up pace of the series and the fact that they have a Mighty Nein series in the works I figured they’d probably condense the remainder of the campaign after season three into a single season with season 4. Not complainibg by any means but still a bit surprised.
@CeliriaRose I was surprised as well. I think the last couple episodes of season 5 will probably cover the post campaign one shots.
@@rebeccacurtin3787 That would be amazing. I would love to see the last wish animated as a finale for the story.
@@CeliriaRose They actually mentioned last year (pretty sure it was Sam that said it) that they were pushing for five seasons for LoVM already, which actually does work if you think about it. Season 3 to wrap up the Conclave arc, Season 4 for Tary and his antics, and Season 5 for the certain big bad final arc. They're also showing they're continuing with the set up of that final villain, so we're going to be getting his development and a season of his actual arc.

^^^ this. It would take at least 4 seasons and maybe 5, to actually conclude everything in campaign 1. We want to get to the campaign finale episode. The Chroma Conclave arc (which they could settle in season 3, but even that is pushing it) is nothing compared to what comes later.
The whispered one came up as the patron of Delilah. The spinning orb is still under Whitestone castle at the ziggurat
"Awww I missed them!" That's been the immediate reaction of a few people to the trailer and it makes me smile so much :D October is so far awayyyyy.
Saw a vid, MN is being recorded right now, so probable release 2nd quarter 2025. Nothing official, but probable. Lets hope we're all alive to see it.

Started watching this show last year and it’s awesome! Really enjoyed the animation, the story and the chemistry between the characters. Excellent series.
I believe they will be starting Mighty Nein production within the year, but I can't remember what interview I am pretty positive I heard that in.
Prime sent an update on twitter that they are already recording with a picture of the cast in the booth, which is wild.

Actually, if they ever wanted to do a clip show, they could use a shipping episode as a clever device for that.
I think they could do Darrington if season 4 starts with the battle that does the break up, then he could be there for most of it, only switching back out for the final with the first battle with you know who. Because you know what happens in it and that would be an amazingly EVIL cliffhanger.
i was thinking that they finish the Conclave this season, do the lament of a certain character as episode 12, and then Darrington at the last bit of the final episode, then pull back into a scry with the Big Bads of the final two seasons.
@johnobrien7562 ....I dunno if there's enough time to do THREE major battles (remember frosty is still around) this season on top of collecting the rest of the vestiges. That’s why I think S3 will end on a bit of a cliffy with 1 conclave member remaining as a hook for next season and then 4 will start out with it and the Bards Lament will be ep 2 or 3 and Darrington until the final.

That shot of Scanlan reaching out as Kaylie leaves, suggests they're going to do Bard's Lament in S3. I think that would make a great end-of-season cliffhanger, with Taryon showing up at the beginning of S4.

@@ventusbruma1039 In the IGN interview they said the season is going to focus on VM struggling under a lot of stress and *breaking*. There's only one thing that comes to my mind that fits the description.
I do have a question for dustin but trying to ask it without spoiling an episode to those who didn't see critical role.

The current rumor mill is that MN is being voice recorded right now and Matt has said "Ya'll aint ready" regarding its story
It was officially confirmed they are doing voices right now. And we know the story 😜 what were not ready for is the visual spectacle!
my biggest question is where they'll put what happened in episode 28
@@warrust You mean 26? That was the big event on the road, by 28 they were in Shadycreek. My prediction is season 1 will go all the way to the end of that arc at 29.
