    Abby met some steam here, Alfred is so powerful and she has a bright future

      Alfred is the runner that was 25m ahead of Abby in the 4x400 NCAA Championship . Abby caught and past her.

      @@btqy and your point? Clearly alfred is not a quarter miler but she did split 51 in that race so that’s pretty impressive given she is a short sprinter speacialist

    Isn't it a bit crazy that Melissa Jefferson was 8th in this final...

    • @blackmenachievellc3770
      @blackmenachievellc3770 Год назад +2

      No it’s not crazy. If you watched track you’d have known. Julien was that girl all year. Now she did run 10.81 at her conference championship. She wasn’t beating julien this day. Abby wasn’t either. And in 2023 she continues to show why she’s that girl

    • @niklasnilsson4705
      @niklasnilsson4705 Год назад

      @@blackmenachievellc3770 I still find it a bit crazy, that you can be last in the NCAA final one day and a couple of weeks later you win the US Championship... and she also ran in the World Championship final (don't remember her placement but don't think she was last there).
      She was at least very fast in the 4x100 at Worlds...
      So being last in the NCAA final must be one of Melissas worst races last year, it didn't show her capacity at all.

      @karlrosette7110 Год назад

      Actually, Melissa Jefferson placed 8 in the finals at the 2022 World Championships 100m Sprint. It was a Jamaican sweep by that notorious firm named Pryce, Hera and Jackson... So really it was an honor for Melissa to make the 100m finals at WC.

    Steiner was super burnt out by the end of this season. She wasted that 10.9 in the last round. Alfred is so so big. She is almost too big.
