- A state grand jury in Arizona on Wednesday indicted 18 people - including key Trump aides and allies Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows and Boris Epshteyn - for their involvement in an alleged “fake electors” plot to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in their state. Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes joins Ali Velshi to discuss the charges, and why the case is crucial for the future of preserving election integrity.

Arizona is shifting blue in the last six years and with all the insanely extreme events executed by the Republican legislature in Arizona will certainly expedite that shift in favor of Democrats.

Secretary Fontes made an important point highlighting the roll of the grand jury in this process. Justice and the rule of law will prevail.
If the leader isn't held responsible, then there is no justice.
