@masoodch.4921 1 table spoon soaked Chia seeds with lemon before breakfast, 1 boiled egg, basin, and spinach chila in breakfast. 1 fruit mid-morning Water 1.5 litres or more Mix vegetables and chicken lunch Green tea or black coffee Half roti and whatever curry cooked at home @ dinner Zeera water, sonf water, clove and ajwain water. I kept changing in the morning empty stomach, apple cider vinegar if suits you 30 minutes walk everyday
