i saw a video that the man cooked the tomatoes an hour first to seperate the water from the tomatoes and then drained most the water out before grinding. it saved on simmer ing time. Great machine. i want one

Hello Rob LaBanca.... What is a heavy duty appliance cord ? How would I know if I have any ? ... What is a heavy duty appliance ? Is there a difference between the heavy duty appliance and a normal appliance ? Would my grandsons Playstation 2 be considered a heavy duty appliance ? Thank you in advance, Rob LaBanca Barry Johnston
Cook the tomatoes first then use the milling to separate the sauce from the pulp - those are the right steps. Otherwise, it comes hard to get the process done. Best
I have one of these brand new Tomato Squeezers/Pressers made in Italy & the make/model is the O.M.R.A # 2400. If anyone is interested, they call send me a Private Message.
No video on YT ever shows how to put the parts on the power shaft. There is a spring, a metal washer, a nylon waher, a rubber gasket and a pastic cone. Please show how to put them together. Or just type the order.
yea i might be making some too this year i go directly to the farm &buy my tomatoes italian tradition, lolol, on this earth there's 2 kinds of people italian's &those who wish they were no matter where you go in this world you will always find italian food ehhh watsa matta for you ehhh lmao.....lol
That machine has a bit of a design flaw. It has no support for when you are pushing the tomatoes into the machine with a plunger. OMRA makes decent machines, but they half-ass a lot of things. I have the OMRA 2500 which does have support (but the whole machine is about half the size). But it, too, has it's flaws. And for how expensive they are, the flaws aren't really acceptable, IMHO. I will be looking for a different brand when I have to get a new one.

We actually tried that on our last batch this summer and it seem to save a lot of time on the stove

Is the cord damaged? I think any heavy duty appliance cord would work.

I've used that method as well. Takes about the same amount of time.
I was just going to say the same thing.First time I made sauce I did it like him without cooking, mistake! Cooked the rest and what a difference.
Спасибо. Я закажу себе такую

Hello! Could you write me about what kind of flaws OMRA 2500 has? And have you found a better option? Will be thankful for your answer.
