But then when he finally did, they found (or maybe just HE felt this way, hence the ghosting) that she wasn't the same person anymore, as touched on in Chloe et al. I think it's possible that Chloe et al was also written in the time period before they got back together, but she included both that and Peter on this album because they are a part of the story.
