Everyone loves talking about the theming in the queue (as they should,) but I'm actually pretty impressed with the theming they did in the ride itself. It's like a frenzied play-by-play of a typical Tom & Jerry chase sequence.
These rides never fail to disappoint… great queues then bottom of the barrel cheap as all hell rides… it wouldn’t have cost that much more for them to build sets rather than the cheapest flats in black light they could find
the queue would have been better if there was the talking bulldog character (i don't know his name) since he seems to be in quite a few tom & jerry episodes
Because the people that live there and all the wannabe-influencers going there on vacation are not interested in that kind of destination. They wanted to bring more tourists and families but it failed, there were lots of theme parks projects abandoned be cause it didn’t get the success they were wishing to have.
@@AmusementExplorerI guess also Dubai has so much money to build it they don’t even really mind if it’s a loss of profit as it’s their way of saying to the west “we also have all these nice theme parks”
It’s from a different manufacturer : Space Fantasy is from Mack Rides 🇩🇪 and this one of from Zamperla. Anyway, I prefer Space Fantasy for its theming and music. And also its big meteor ☄️ that scared me very much !! 😂😱
It’s a free spinning rollercoaster and not a fully themed dark ride, it’s still fun and it even have some nice props along the way. Even in Disney parks they sometimes don’t have that, but use only 2D cutouts (Rocknroller coaster for exemple).
If he’s high enough to ride, it should be fine for him : it’s a family coaster that spins freely in the dark, it shakes a bit but it’s not intense at all. Plus, the music and theming are from the cartoons, every kid I saw loved the experience 😉

A spinning roller coaster themed around Tom and Jerry somehow sounds like a match made in heaven
They make getting to the ride fun with walking through the house.

With 4 spinning cars on the same train, these are not common at all !

Kind of strange that Hollywood Studios didn’t had a Tom & Jerry ride (since it used to be MGM Studios at the time)
It might have to do with licensing and going through the legal headache of getting approval from Turner and Warner.

I Never went to this ride, it's a long queue
Well, try to visit it during the weekdays, they only use one train, that explains the long wait but try to get there as soon as the park opens 🐈⬛

Interesting kiddie coaster. But nothing really special about it other than its theming.
