    皮膚乾燥,潤肺潤膚湯
    高速煲金銀菜栗米紅蘿蔔豬腱湯
    材料:
    大白菜2棵(大約半斤)
    菜乾一兩
    雪耳一個
    馬蹄8粒
    紅蘿蔔一個
    粟米一支
    蜜棗3粒
    豬腱12兩
    程序:
    1. 雪耳,清水浸20分鐘。
    2. 菜乾,清水浸20分鐘。
    3. 白菜,一開四,清水浸10分鐘。
    4. 紅蘿蔔,去皮。
    5. 馬蹄,清水沖洗乾淨,切去兩端,輕手去皮。
    6. 紅蘿蔔、粟米、蜜棗及馬蹄,清水洗乾淨。
    7. 洗乾淨煲。
    8. 紅蘿蔔,切一舊舊,放入煲。
    9. 粟米,切細舊,放入煲。
    10. 蜜棗,洗乾淨,放入煲。
    11. 馬蹄,輕手拍一下,放入煲。
    12. 白菜已浸好,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
    13. 雪耳,揸乾水,清水洗乾淨。
    14. 菜乾,清水沖洗幾次,揸乾水。
    15. 菜乾,一開二,放入煲。
    16. 雪耳,一開四,放入煲。
    17. 白菜,放入煲。
    18. 豬腱,清水洗乾淨,在上面切幾刀,放入煲。
    19. 在煲內加入清水至4升容量,用“濃香煲湯”功能,煲40分鐘,焗一小時。
    如果用明火煲,加入清水至4升半容量。大火滾起湯後,轉中慢火,煲90分鐘,熄火,焗一小時。
    20. 完成,可享用。

    Ingredients:
    Pak choy (large) (about 0.5 catty)
    Dried pak choy 1 tael
    Snow fungus 1 No.
    Water chestnuts 8 Nos.
    Carrot 1 No.
    Sweet corn 1 No.
    Candied dates 3 Nos.
    Pork shank 12 taels
    Steps:
    1. Snow fungus, soak in tap water for 20 minutes.
    2. Dried pak choy, soak in tap water for 20 minutes.
    3. Pak choy, divide each into 4 shares. Soak in tap water for 10 minutes.
    4. Carrot, get it peeled.
    5. Water chestnuts, rinse thoroughly. Cut both ends. Lightly peel.
    6. Carrot, sweet corn, the dates and water chesternuts, rinse thoroughly.
    7. Rinse a pot.
    8. Carrot, cut in pieces. Put in the pot.
    9. Sweet corn, cut in small pieces. Put in the pot.
    10. The dates, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
    11. Water chestnuts, beat lightly. Put in the pot.
    12. Pak choy has been soaked well, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
    13. Snow fungus, squeeze it. Rinse with tap water. Squeeze it again.
    14. Dried pak choy, rinse several times. Squeeze it.
    15. Dried pak choy, divide each into 2 shares. Put in the pot.
    16. Snow fungus, divide it into 4 shares. Put in the pot.
    17. Pak choy, put in the pot.
    18. Pork shank, rinse thoroughly. Make several cuts on it. Put in the pot.
    19. Add in water into the pot up to volume of 4L. Use "soup" function, boil for 40 minutes. Leave it for an hour.
    Or if you boil it with gas cooker, add in water up to volume of 4.5L. Heat up the soup at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 90 minutes. Turn off fire and leave it for an hour.
    20. Complete. Serve.

    12. 菜乾,1開2,放入煲。
    13. 雪耳,1開4,放入煲。
    14. 白菜,放入煲。
    15. 豬腱,在上面切幾刀,放入煲。
    16. 加水落真空煲,加入清水至4升容量,煲40分鐘,焗1小時。
    如果用明火煲,加入清水至4升半容量。大火滾起湯後,轉中慢火,煲90分鐘,焗1小時,就可以了。
    17. 用“濃香煲湯”功能,煲40分鐘,完成。
    18. 湯焗1小時,就可以飲用了。

    If the soup is to be made by gas cooker, add water up to 4.5L. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 90 minutes. Leave it for an hour. Then can be served.
    17. Use "porridge/soup" function, cook for 40 minutes. Complete.
    18. Leave the soup in the cooker for 1 hour. Serve.
