Always great fun to watch your videos Ben! You have such cool vibes ✨Thanks for bringing joy and smiles into our lives! Boy those elephant trousers 🤣🤣🤣
Hey Ben! Just wanted to say, you absolutely killed the video, even the shots you thought were poor. Although I'm an engineer, not a film maker, I thought it was a great way to give the viewer a perspective of your journey and things we would've otherwise not seen; it was also a good way to transition between clips. It was definitely nice to see a new video from my favorite travel vlogger; even though you're more inconsistent than my father, I can't wait to see what you have in store for us during March & the rest of your travels! Keep up the great work!
I visited 'Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia' back in 2019. It is another destination for tightwads. Classy Country, Charming Citizens, Fantastic Food and so much fun. Travelling solo is the best remedy.
4:23 the reason you see so many elephant trousers is because before you enter the temple (I think it applies only to women) there's a sign that says you need to wear long trousers as a form of respect so vendors sell these elephant trousers outside.
Nowhere near the cheapest city in the world but Bangkok is a phenomenal place to visit. Cheapest place I have found was central Vietnam I was getting big bottles of local beer (huda) in a bar for 20p
@@jhonklan3794 Just because @DivandBenny didn't name a city doesn't mean they weren't referring to one. Hue and Hoi An are in central Vietnam. They are incredibly cheap. Both would definitely be classified as "cities".
I remember getting 70THB to the pound early 2000s- it made it unbelievably cheap! My daily backpacking budget was £10 - large Chang beers for 40thb, what a time to be alive!
I don't think it's the cheapest city in the world by a long shot haha. Oh well, I've been once more than 10 years ago and am excited to be visiting again this year! Love Thailand
@@colyerswag1833 Well I'm in Australia so might not be relevant. They had some for around $300 one way but we paid $500 to go with a better full service airline
Vietnam is much cheaper for locally made products, or food. However western made products are crazy expensive, I’m from Australia and paid $19 AUD for a bottle of Fiji water and a can of deodorant in a “7/11” type shop in Hanoi. But also paid $8-10 for most meals.
Hey dude, I hope you’re doing well. I really missed you during this absence cause I really enjoy having my lunch while watching your videos 😂 cheers from Brazil mate🇧🇷
That's crazy I was in Bankok exactly 6 years ago and everything is the same! What's even more amazing is that you did some of the things I did when I was there including staying at the same hotel😂 I don't know it just really took me back....what a great city and such a great video
2:49 Holy sh...t the price is double food court's mall. Honestly, the stir fried basil with chicken normally is only 40 Baht (you can buy this price at any food court in Bangkok)
Interesting when I was in Bangkok more than 10 years ago they were so strict, and now there's 'coffee shops' everywhere. I feel like you'd be terrified to get involved in drugs in the past!
YOOO I live in Chiang Rai, the northernmost province of Thailand, and it is a lot cheaper than Bangkok haha, you should visit its so beautiful!! Also, love the vid! 🔥
Bangkok is not the cheapest: for hotels, food and transport - other cities are cheaper, such as Kuala Lumpur, Hanoi, Cairo and Istanbul. And if you go to smaller cities in these countries, it is often even much cheaper.
Literally just RUclips Ben morris Thailand as I’m going in a week for a month and it was your latest video! Deffo helped, I thought it was just tuk tuks and taxis, didn’t realise you could get the mopeds too
cheap when you exchanging the currency of your country towards the visited country. for local you must take a look at the wages paid for lower bracket group income and middle bracket group. compared it to cost of living especially food rent and petrol prices.
Love the video, although could you give me a bit of an insight how to find flights to such destinations for cheap as well? Cheapest I found to Bangkok from UK was over £600 just for myself
i wish i could land a work from anywhere job. depression has and makes things so hard. i wish i could leave california and go to thailand or new zealand
It whas really nice to see you at my work in Amsterdam at the Hospitalbar. I hope to see you again and i you need some tips for Amsterdam please let me know.
Time for another visit, Ben. This time you can legitimately title it "I Revisited The Most Visited City in the World." The London-based Euro Monitor International has just confirmed it for the year 2024.
Sick video! Really enjoyed it. I know I've heard there's a lot of human trafficking in Bangkok and it's one of those thing that wouldn't be obvious when seeing someone on the street or the way they behave so would probably not give a recommend to folks to head there for "those reasons" even as a cheeky bit at the end of the video. Cheers!
Wow, it's so cheap! In the US, in Chicago in particular that would easily be like $500 or more, hotel included. And it looks so much better, Bangkok that is!
Sorry about the little break everyone... hope you're all well!!! 2 or 3 video's will be uploaded in March 😄😵💫
There's no need to apologise.
Everyone needs a break sometimes.
Was so happy your back!

What camera and lens are you using? The shots are stunning
Your content is next level lad, keep smashing it
Appreciate it mate, will keep it up
I aspire to be able to travel alone and enjoy my own company like Ben
Travelling alone is a honestly underrated, it pushes you to meet new people and enjoy your own company hahaha! Just need to make sure you’re careful 🫡

The way he edits the videos are impressive! The videos are a treat to watch. Keep it up ben!
Ben, if you keep this up I'm going to go broke with all the new places I want to visit! Love the content that you put out!!
Ben just saved my Monday.

Honestly you’re one of the most captivating content creators, and so informative. You give me so many ideas for my future travels ❤
I genuinely love your videos and your personality. Something to look forward to after a long stressful day at work.
Nice, I live in Thailand - I never thought of Bangkok being cheap - I guess prices are what you get used to (especially if you live in London!)
Your dedication to make these videos is amazing! Keep up the great work brother
As a Thai, I do enjoy your video. Thanks for sharing Thai culture and places :)
Had to laugh when you said at the end that that's not my thing so I headed back to the hotel to.... do some ....editing. 🤣
the coffee shop definitely improved ur cinematic skills 😂😂 great vid as always ben!
Have you seen that AI can plan a whole itinerary for you anywhere? That would make a cool video having AI plan a whole trip! Love your videos!
This man is a legend for keeping a straight face when he says “Bangkok” every time in the video

It definitely isn’t cheap in BKK
Yeah it’s not the cheapest but defo one one the cheapest super modern and built up cities to live in

Great content. Bangkok can be cheap if you are eating street food and sleeping in hostels. But the best value is found at the midrange level.

Bangkok is not even the cheapest city in Thailand. Issan is cheapest place in Thailand.
There probably 500 cities in the world cheaper than Bangkok
meanwhile tours with 5 hours of direct flight to turkey 5 stars all included costs 800 dolllars for 2 for a week
