Can’t believe I find myself stalking Ron on Friday mornings! Reminds me of being a kid waiting for Saturday morning cartoons. Not sure what it is about his videos but I find them so interesting. Thanks Ron.
Wow 3 weeks 1 job has to be a record lol. Ron I ALWAYS find what you do very interesting, the problem solving skills you possess & everything you do is so interesting. I am not good @ math never have been. You run a good crew Ron very professional & they listen to your instructions & you listen to their questions & ideas & you explain your decisions & why & how things SHOULD work. Not that they always go as you planned lol
I remember getting up watching my favorite shows to but now I can't get enough of Midwest Ron and his crew and seeing what they get into I'm like a small kid again waiting to see what is happening. Congrats to Ethan on this overhaul tow with his grandpa rig knowing a third generation is keeping the legacy strong. Just wondering if Gavin has done any tows on his own yet or has he ever thought about doing any. Where's Mike? Happy early 4th of July from Kokomo Indiana follower be safe and God bless all Midwest Family
hey ron update PRAISE GOD i had a ctscan on 6/22 it shows that the cancer on my liver HAS NOT GROW i am giving all thanks to GOD GOD BLESS YOU AND UR FAMILY and every one of ur viewers KEEP THE FAITH AND TRUST IN THE LORD
Your Dad is looking down beaming with pride just seeing Ethan driving his "Star". You could always see the pride on his face when watching the2nd, 3rd or even 4th generation of Pratt men working around Midwest equipment.
Ron, at the 16:19 point of the video, you mentioned a saying which everyone on big jobs should prepare for: "It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it"
I do not know why I find these videos with these big trucks so fascinating, but I do. I think I love watching ANYTHING where someone clearly is a master at their craft and Ron certainly is a master at his. Before I started watching him I thought a tow truck driver was a tow truck driver and all you had to do was pull up in front of a vehicle and attach a chain or something and then just tow it away. I had no idea how complicated this whole thing could be and how very much "tow truck drivers" had to know in order to do their jobs. I sort of feel like an idiot!
Ron you have THE BEST TOW VIDEOS on RUclips. Nobody has a tow channel as put together as yours. You and your team has accomplished something great. Congrats. Love your content Ron. Keep up all your hard work it's shows.
Farm equipment does take up the road, and even with the best operators, it is difficult to meet oncoming traffic. Excellent job for what has been done so far.
It's been a lot of years since our family farm "went back to the bank". However, I still help old friends work ground, harvest and, run grain whenever possible. It still amazes me how big, powerful and complex ag equipment has become! Years ago, small farms were still around and, we never would've dreamed about equipment like this. We ran 800 or so acres of corn and beans with a Gleaner that might've been 1/2 that size! It got the job done though. As always, be safe and God bless you, your crew and your equipment.
What a job! You guys did very well getting the combine out of the field and down the road. Grandpa is surely smiling on Ethan for doing a great job driving the Star! Have a good one!
Thanks for trying to help one of God's little creatures. That really touched my heart. May God bless you always with success and health. And may the little mouse be in heaven.... ❤
These are very interesting Ron the way you explain as you go along with the job you clearly could easily turn your videos into instructional videos for new tow operators.
Great video, I am caught up with all the previous videos, so looking forward to more. The is like reading my favorite author's books, I read faster than they write em!
The most impressive part of this video was the jack-knife turn executed by Ethan. That's a lot of iron turned in a very short radius. Impressive! Thanks once again for taking the time to put this together and share. God Bless and Protect! Murfreesboro TN
Nice job. Yes I am sure that Ethan's Grandad is pleased that he is staying with the family business. Each of you did a great job including the truck driver. Always stay safe.
Saw you guys yesterday working a rollover on 55 , I helped the rollback and the 20 ton through traffic. Hope everything went well and everyone was safe
I hope one day you will get the headsets hooked up to the camera's so we can hear there half... Love all the jobs you do, and very proud to see Ethan skills grow... Keep safe all and happy 4th/Canada day weekend...
It is pretty bad when just can't wait till Fridays and plan your morning around You and your vlogs. LOL, Ethan did a great job. Can't wait till next week for the end of it I hate waiting. lol. Be safe out there and God Bless.
I've watched many, but not commented in a while, but one of the best you've posted ever! Absolutely well done from start to finish. Glad to see that Ethan has grown to manhood to carry on .... esp in Grandpa's fav truck! Job well done! Btw, congrats to Ethan on hanging in and growing into the business. I'm sure you'll continue to do well!
Hey Ron I’m watching this video now and I must say I do believe your dad would be proud of the great job Ethan did in his grandpa’s truck. Happy early 4th of July to everyone at Midwest truck and family stay safe out there guys
Great learning experience for Ethan ! Great work on a difficult wench out and tow! I’m sure this was an all day job. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful 4th of July weekend 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
With the amount of recoveries you do out in these soggy fields, maybe you should look into converting an A1 Abrams into a field wrecker. Bring it in on the lowboy
Eric Huttner (Recovery Team channel) showed a tow company up in his area that had a tracked recovery vehicle. The guy modified it himself by putting an LSwhatever into it. He went into some nasty swampy area to get something. The guy said he might start showing more recoveries.
RON, GOOD MORNING, WELL ,you got that sad JD COMBINE ,READY TO LIFT & load, here’s wishing you ~and crew,a great 4TH OF JULY,with their families,GOD BLESS YOU ALL, until next time ! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You all do such a wide variety of work for your whole community. Is that unique for your company or do other Tow companies do such wide variety of operations? it is very diverse I would say it would keep you from getting board. Though some operations are more tedious then others.
I sm so glsd i have you on notifications so i will be able to see you with your latest videos! I will keep listening and watching for new and recent videos, have a wonderful fourth of July and be safe, also God Bless!
Hard hats gentlemen...hard hats! I can't take a shit on my job site without wearing a hard hat. You got tensioned cables, swinging hooks, and above hazards. Safety first!!
I’m not a huge mouse fan but that poor thing. The whole time Ethan was towing the combine it was stuck. 😢 hope the little dude is ok. It’s still one of Gods creatures. ❤
Amen. I was touched by the compassion they showed for the little furry guy. I pray he lived and is safe... God bless Ron Pratt and you as well .... amen
Hi when is the Western Star going to get its make over I understand it’s a working truck but she need a bit or tlc to make her look good thanks keep up the good work and videos.
👋hello👋 from Dexter😎😎Missouri My friend. Super Awesome video. As alAways. You and your family have a Super amazein weekend and 4th,July Be safe on🛣️roads🛣️
Anyone who doesnt understand why its important to fight for 'Right to Repair' needs to watch these videos. Imagine doing this at every service interval, to get to a Deere service facility. Unadulterated madness.
Love the content , always look forward to a Friday video. Question why didn’t you guys load the combine in the first gravel lot you passed where Gavin first turned in ?
It’s been a whole lot of months since I’ve seen one of your videos they quit coming into my feed and then suddenly I thought I need to watch a Ron video I missed hearing your voice how you talk about stuff and how you go through things
That mouse was tired for sure! 😂 If you released it, the local wildlife should have found it and eaten it, if it was unable to fend for itself and evade predators.
Can’t believe I find myself stalking Ron on Friday mornings! Reminds me of being a kid waiting for Saturday morning cartoons. Not sure what it is about his videos but I find them so interesting. Thanks Ron.
We're just upgraded what we find interesting and amusing...
My fridays are Ron and Cutting Edge Engineering

Ethan''s coming along nicely! His Grandfather must be smiling seeing Ethan run his Western Star!well done Sir!
It warms my heart to see Ethan in his grandpa's truck that's cool, caring the legacy on.
Mr. Bill's apples didn't fall far from the tree.
Your Dad is looking down beaming with pride just seeing Ethan driving his "Star". You could always see the pride on his face when watching the2nd, 3rd or even 4th generation of Pratt men working around Midwest equipment.
Ron, at the 16:19 point of the video, you mentioned a saying which everyone on big jobs should prepare for: "It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it"
Stuff back at the shop doesn't help. My first boss taught me that. He was a big believer in bringing anything and everything we could possibly need.
I do not know why I find these videos with these big trucks so fascinating, but I do. I think I love watching ANYTHING where someone clearly is a master at their craft and Ron certainly is a master at his. That Western Star is just Bad To The Bone!! I just love the look of that truck. It just looks like a beast! It’s cooler than the big Pete.
Ron you have THE BEST TOW VIDEOS on RUclips. Nobody has a tow channel as put together as yours. You and your team has accomplished something great. Congrats. Love your content Ron. Keep up all your hard work it's shows.

I love how the Pratt crew cares enough to try and save a mouse.
Great video, I am caught up with all the previous videos, so looking forward to more. The is like reading my favorite author's books, I read faster than they write em!
Ron you always leave us wanting more. Ethan great job on driving in

Good job, Ethan, Gavin, Ron awesome job that was an easy job but you guys did your job as a team awesome
The ol' Western Star is looking like she needs a spruce up. Be nice to see her dolled up with a shiny paint job and new markings
Hey Ron that was another great video. Thanks for all you do. 👍❤️
You got it done, by combine-ing your talents and skills.
You must have been reading my mind Ron when you put the message about Ethan using his grandpa's favorite truck. I had just been thinking that.
Nice job. Yes I am sure that Ethan's Grandad is pleased that he is staying with the family business. Each of you did a great job including the truck driver. Always stay safe.
The part of the combine that you are calling the header is actually called the feeder house. It's what the header attaches to.
Younger crew archive the passion as Mr Pratt they'll be the best in the business. Great job! Safety first.
Ron your team is awesome, tell Ethan to get his hat back
Looks like it's a good combine effort by all of y'all to get the job done
I regret that I can only give that one "thumbs up."
Regular as clockwork, and as always, a great way to start the weekend.
Can't wait to see part three👍❤️

In the UK we say camber as the road slopes down towards the side of the road
Great video! Can’t wait to see part 3!
Great job on that combine . You really do a fine job of explaining how to figure out how to hook up different types of things to a tow truck
Interesting combine-ation of videos on this job!
very good job gentlemen. that couldn't have been done any other ways better.
As they say, To be continued.....
Its going to be an "interesting" lift and drop. Can't wait to see how it all pans out.
Proud Dad moment right there
To Ron Pratt I whole hearted agree with your statement that you made in your video about having more than you need and not needing it!
A job well done Ron 😊
Great learning experience for Ethan ! Great work on a difficult wench out and tow! I’m sure this was an all day job. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful 4th of July weekend 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Mr. Pratt your finger looks like it's healed pretty good. God bless you and your family❤

Very interesting video to watch some of the different things that U are called on to tow with ur wrecker trucks and roll back also!(
Having been involved in the restoration of a burned Hough Payloader-It is a lot of elbow grease to accomplish.
aww man gotta wait another week for the end!! way to leave us hanging Ron lol
Ohhhh that’s a very very crispy combine
Why could have backed in on that angle. Would that have been easiier than knifing so sharp. You made it Ethan!! Way to go

My friend. Super Awesome video.
As alAways. You and your family have a
Super amazein weekend and 4th,July
Be safe on🛣️roads🛣️
Like Artie Johnson on Laugh In used to say “ very interesting “.
When farm equipment adopts a gangsta lesn...
Do you think the Combine will be repaired, as the front looks like it just needs a new cab and a new front and tyre as well as some new pipe work.
Misread Gypsy Combain 😄
Thank you sir, guys! Looking forward to other Parts!
Good job, Ron--lots of unforseeable things crop up. Hope you made some money on these time consuming deals.
Anyone who doesnt understand why its important to fight for 'Right to Repair' needs to watch these videos. Imagine doing this at every service interval, to get to a Deere service facility. Unadulterated madness.
Great video Ron
Nice outro
Hi Ron,
Will respond more to you again, I've been enjoying your vlogs for so long.
There is always a problem to solve.
Working together is good
Love the content , always look forward to a Friday video. Question why didn’t you guys load the combine in the first gravel lot you passed where Gavin first turned in ?
Thanks Ron.
Mike M.
