She is a beast!! I love her so much, paving the way for our hmong girls to dream big and her parents showing hmong elders to support our little girls' and little boys' dreams 😭💖💖💖💖
It could be the leg separation in the double layout, or the piked down landing for the double layout. In fact, I think it ought to be both, for a clean 1 tenth deduction on the DLO. You could compare it to Trinity Thomas' version which is exemplary.
Love the performance. For a gymnast who doesn't have a typical dance body, she really gives lovely lines and extension. I like 70% of the choreo...I can't stand the awkward ending. It's like she is supposed to end on the floor pose...but finishes before the music so she rolls over stands up and poses again right _after_ the last note. She still has a bit of a low chest on the DLO, though she isn't piking nearly as much. - 0.05 chest down - 0.10 lack of synchronization of movement with music *at end My score: 9.85
@@phajeb001 Oh gurl. Here's the specific wording as of the 12/9/2021 NCAA Gymnastics Rules SUMMARY SHEET 2022 Execution Deductions: 𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒚𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 & 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒕 (→ 0.3) - 𝑬𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 (0.05) - 𝑬𝒙𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒄 (0.10) The code has performance and artistry deductions that are supposed help foster better performance and quality of movement.
I absolutely love her performance on the floor routine because she's such an amazing athlete!

Such a pleasure to watch!
Great job...well done..we hmong so proud of you
Suni’s landing is very solid! Love watching her performances!
She’s perfect!
That was a near perfect floor routine. Go Suni!
Does anyone know where the 0.05 deduction may have come from from the one judge? I was trying hard to find something but couldn’t really
They may have found leg separation or sickled feet on the DLO, that’s all I could find

What was wrong with it? Why was that not a perfect 10?!
I would give a 9.5 with the step on the last pass otherwise great routine
They’re allowed to take steps in the ncaa and it was very controlled.

Is her music suppose to by sync’d with her choreography? I don’t know if the judges score based on that at all.

She finishes just right with the music. The clap that we here when she does her ending pose is not the audience, it's her music.

No more Hmong support Sunisa Lee only the B support Sunisa Lee, Sunisa no longer in Hmong community
