Brilliant fighter. She has come under criticism in the past but last friday she proved herself and answered questions. she is the real deal cant wait to see where she goes from here
Dakota is a fierce, dedicated young lady. Have you noticed, in her walkouts, shes smiling, having a good time, once she steps in the ring, she looks so fierce, she changes so quickly, to a warrior. Ive watched a ton of her training-fight videos, her nutritionists are fantastic. I really belive the UFC better watch out for her. She is a generational, legendary, talent.
Dakota Ditcheva is for real, I love her preparation. She just trains, not necessarily for a specific opponent, but for like multiple opponents all at once 😊 I can't wait to see her next fight.
The NCAA wrestling rules used to require a contestant to meet the weight limit within 24 hours before the bout. This resulted in the weight loss being obtained by extreme dehydration and exhaustion. Wrestlers would crash to make weight as soon as weigh-ins were open and then drink a gallon or so of water and wolf down a big meal. By the time they actually stepped onto the mat, you couldn't get most of them past that scale even if it were set ten pounds light. Crash, then bulk, then crash isn't good for the body. It got to the point that several wrestlers actually died from this see-saw weight method over a couple of years. They finally changed the rule to requiring wrestlers to make weight one hour before their match. It makes them find a weight that is as low as they can go without depleting their systems
