    Hi Julie, I have just started thinking about trying EFT against my insomnia. Your affirmations sound positive during this exercise, am I to tap along with you, is your speaking of the affirmations enough for me if I just listen and think about them? Thank you for sharing.

      Sure!! Try it and see how it works. However I will say that sometimes actually doing the tapping can help you to realize new awareness about yourself or the challenge.

    I was looking for your older tapping for insomnia and I can’t find it anymore? I used it for years successfully. Where can I find it? Thank you 🙏

      That channel is no longer on RUclips and unfortunately all those videos are gone. BUT- I’m in the process of recording new ones. This happens to be one that many are missing! Not only you- please be patient as I get these up and loaded soon. Stay tuned.
