Love,Love,Love this song! Can't believe they are as young as they are. I thought they were older men because of Mumford's voice and their lyrics are what I expected from some old guys! Hands down they are my favorite band right now
this is, without doubt, the best live performance i have seen in years. if he keeps it up like this, in 5-10 years he'll probably become one the most acclaimed performers to have ever lived and played the guitar/drums/whatever
Mumford and Sons should release a LIVE CD because THAT is how this amazing music is suppose to be heard and thier energy/adrenaline rush is so potent when they are live that i just want a little piece of it! PLEASE Mumford and Sons PLEASE!
A friend told me to listen to some kanye west, I listened to it, thought it was alright then came back to this song and realised that Mumford and Sons are the only people making proper music these days. I love them with a passion
that song is definitely my favorite live song!!! i've never experienced someting like that before. i will never forget how ben kicked is piano chair and winston kicked the microphone with his guitar. unforgettable!!!
I love the way they swap instruments in all these songs. At some points they all play strings, drums, or some other vastly different instrument. They are true, pure, dedicated talent!
I live in Oklahoma. He is talking about my ancestors. Its like people in England are so much better educated than we are over here that they know more about the dust bowl and American blues artists than we do. Its sad.
Saw them not two hours ago-words fail me at at just what kind of...experience...it was to see them. My legs were sore, my arms weak, my hands numb and throat raw after the show, and my heart and soul were on fire and alive. Nothing can compare to their live set.
one day i will see them live..it must be a blast at GLASTONBURY..!!! the US could learn a thing or two about live performances...this must have been like an out of body experience...
@WhereIsWatson I've seen them one time, and it was the Best. Show. Ever. No tricks, no gimmicks, just the lads and the crowd pouring their hearts and souls out
I think Mumford and Sons will be the next great band that breaks the mainstream, like Queen did in the 80s and The Beatles did in the 60s. I think that their third album will be a huge hit.
wow after marcus belted hell out of the drum kit!!!!!!!!!!!!he jumps down onto the stage to just have time to a breath before he sings the final lyrics to this awesome song..what legend!
I actually think they're going to be the next great thing - like Queen was in the 80s, like The Beatles in the 60s...I think that by the time they release their third album, it'll be a huge hit.
As an American who has been shoveled shitty media mogul artists now for three decades, I have to say, these guys revive every artistic bone in my body... What a show!
@caesermoood Those are brush sticks, its usually used when you're doing acoustic, or want softer sounding drum hits, and adds some super cool ghost notes. im not an expert, but thats what we use when we do mellow acoustic tracks in the studio! ;)
@lolataylorx14 The Dust Bowl was the nickname for the American Midwest in the 1930s, and a lot of farmers and families went bankrupt and had their land foreclosed on by the Banks because of a monstrous drought. The passion, power and romanticism they put into one man exacting his own justice and facing the consequences is freaking awesome
miss this kind of music
Love,Love,Love this song! Can't believe they are as young as they are. I thought they were older men because of Mumford's voice and their lyrics are what I expected from some old guys! Hands down they are my favorite band right now
This is the best set end song possible what a performance 👏 👌
this is, without doubt, the best live performance i have seen in years. if he keeps it up like this, in 5-10 years he'll probably become one the most acclaimed performers to have ever lived and played the guitar/drums/whatever
shame they dropped the banjos and then their songs just werent the same
@@Baldmeat9 Agree 100%. Sigh No More and Babel were perfection. They then turned into a Coldplay tribute act and it all went downhill fast.
Saw them live last night and I can honestly say that it was the best experience of my life. Would fully recommend it to anyone
Ben is such an amazing, piano player, then again they are all fantastic musicians. THIS IS REAL MUSIC!
Will never get tired of watching this!! Saw it on the TV when they played. That is how Glastonbury is done!! Absolutely faultless!!! ❤❤❤

How could anyone with a soul dislike this???
Most emotional gig ive ever been to. Really was something special
this is basically 4 people going nuts on their instruments. i guess, that's what makes this song so genuine. awesome performance!
counting down the days until I get to see them live :)
what a great clip-pouring every last ounce of energy and emotion they had into this song
I love the way they swap instruments in all these songs. At some points they all play strings, drums, or some other vastly different instrument. They are true, pure, dedicated talent!

I'm not too into this band but I do have to respect this performance.
I think it's cool how this is like an American history song and these English guys know about the dust bowl.
Brilliant, 2011 is even better on the other stage
