I live in Carriage Gate Plantation. Awesome neighborhood. Lots of young families and fun events throughout the year. Like you said, great location close to the schools and the parks are great. Golf carts really come in handy for everything being so close.
That first area you pointed out. Is it loud being so close to the runway...like... how busy is that airport? Do they shut down the airport overnight between certain hours? A bit concerned about noise
Hi! Not loud at all... very small airport... maybe one or two planes a day. We lived in Caleb's Crossing for a few years and never heard the planes! And I don't think they have redeye flights either.
