Well it happened. KZ tried to buy positive reviews from people, which is a big no-no in all industries. This will be my last KZ purchase. After further testing, I recommend the Truthear x Crinacle Zero: Red or Truthear Hexa over any of the KZ IEMs.

Given this comment/statement, are you suggesting that KZ ZAX does in fact use fake drivers as well? Or it’s just based on they’re allegedly (though not surprisingly) buying fake reviews? Full disclosure, I just got a pair of ZAX and feels just okay about them and agree with analysis in your video. Granted my comparison is also against a set of SE535 that I’ve had for years at 10x the price
The most comfiest KZ thanks to its small shell and curved faceplate. After this IEM, KZs have gotten thicker, bigger and less curved. Also, I would say the ZAX is a semi-open back IEM based on the fact that I hear more of the environment compared to other KZs (PR2 and ESX). A favorite KZ that I keep coming back to.
I just got my first pair of IEMs I just got to say, the zs10 pro by far best sounding in ear buds ive owned. honestly sound better then my beats fit pros they sound incredible for 50 dollars. I took a listen to a few songs i like from hans zimmer man they just shocked me i can't believe sound really good for that price
Great review and channel, I'm glad I found it! Anything you'd recommend for a guitar player to use live? I'm thinking something pretty balanced, but getting lost in a sea of different makes and models! I've been looking at BASN Bmaster/MMCX, a few KZs, Tins, CCA C12, Simgot...any thoughts on something that's not too bulky? This will be my first set, so I'm looking at budget options.
If for recording studio iem, what do you recommend❓ best iem❓ I have kz zsn 10 pro x already but i want a new one for my monitoring in recording studio❓
For monitoring audio, the Truthear HEXA is a very nice set of IEMs. From my research, the Moondrop Blessing is also an incredible set but very expensive.
The Hexa is far superior in terms of technicality, imaging, and detail. It’s also a much more neutral headphone. The ZAX is heavily V shaped and purely for pleasure listening.
At $80 exactly, the Truthear Hexa is incredible except that it has a relatively small soundstage. Otherwise, the Crinacle Zero: Red is very good as well.

But there is a little bit issue.... They don't have Mic
Thanks for the unbiased review :D you can never know what's a promo and what's not now days, it's really anoying
KZ ZAX is single driver iem. 7 drivers are the "silent" dirvers. They are in the earpeace but make no sound.

I CANNOT wait for the Tanchjim Solos to come out!!!
bought these on Amazon and for some r reason all the reviews say they have bass. I'm wondering where it is.
Broo Which one do you recommend between these kz zax or ctm ce 320 ?
It's the kz zax good for casual people?
One question: Is it true that some sound escapes through the grilles that the Zax has?
Can you send the links to the two IEMs you recommend in 6:17?

Hi do anyone know how does the KZ ZAX compare to the Hexa
How is the technicality, soundstage, imaging, detail etc?
The Hexa is far superior in terms of technicality, imaging, and detail. It’s also a much more neutral headphone. The ZAX is heavily V shaped and purely for pleasure listening.
hey can you please suggest me best IEM under 80 USD?...SOUND quality prioritize
At $80 exactly, the Truthear Hexa is incredible except that it has a relatively small soundstage. Otherwise, the Crinacle Zero: Red is very good as well.

Much better. However, if you want something that is more accurate I recommend the Truthear Crinacle Zero Red
