what about the high bar squat?
Ain't nobody got time for that.
We'll use the high bar squat for those who are limited in their shoulder flexibility and can't get the bar into the standard (i.e., low bar) position. This is usually someone who has an injury or is simply older and can't achieve that position. In this case, the lifter will still have some lean as he descends, but not as much as in the squat.
