Your on the right track. Dont you think? True happiness is found in self forgetfulness. Surround yourself with the things you enjoy & that bring you happiness. Guard your eyes, ears, & heart. If we were surrounded by love & caring growing up we wouldnt be asking these questions. We'd be pursueing are passions.

Your music is beautiful and peaceful........maybe your purpose is to bring your pretty music.....maybe? To everything there is a season and a reason....in Ecclesiastes. It seems that so many people are "addicted" to something......their cell phones, the internet, food, drugs, sex, gambling, shopping, smoking, alcohol, religion, codependency, materialism, etc. What are we all running from? Everybody has a phone and loneliness has become an epidemic. We are more disconnected from ourselves and each other than ever before.
I love your videos! I love the way you you explain things. It makes sense but yet it doesn't make sense, that's the beauty of it. I have a knowing. My cat had died about 14 yrs. ago. I was recieving signs I just didn't know it at the time. My cat that died, I feel him walking on my bed at night, I feel his wet nose on my check, I can hear him purring, I can feel him lay down next to me, I can even feel his body heat next to me. I just can't physically see him. My current cat can see hom because she won't come into the room if he is there.My husband doesn't feel it, sense it or hear it. Nobody believed me and they still dont. I have gone to a psychiatrist for depression and anxiety. I told her my story and she wanted to put me on antipsychotic meds. No, I'm not crazy, mental or hallucinating. I know what I know, I don't know how I know but I know it and when you know, you know. So, thank you thank you!! To all of the people who want to comment, feel free. Just don't judge a person who you don't know.
Hi sometimes I feel close to god other times very far away I’m so hoping you can teach me what you know I’m going through a depression heavy than it’s ever been thank you for sharing 😊
I say- Religion is a subset of spirituality. I'm glad to have found this channel. I resonate with many of your experiences. But I just woke up, and I'm almost 70. I guess that is unimportant except for the waking part. I'll be awake once I die. But being awake as a human is kind of a big deal.
The background disquiet comes from the original banishment from the presence of Gd . Like being separated from the love of your life that gave all the meaning to existence then forgetting. One may not remember exactly what, but one knows something very important is missing. In OBE's and NDE's , if one is lucky, one EXPERIENCES it again.

I am a Christian, that is my tradition and I believe in my tradition, nothing you have said is inconsistent with that tradition. As a matter of fact you are stating what the masters and early church believed.
But then we still seem separate after death even because we Don't wake up from the nightmare that seems life to being God right. So what are we then because to assume we're god is ergo incorrect.
