Honestly this boss is ridiculously difficult, and I’ve just started this game. This is way harder than the final boss and Feather Fiend of DKCR and any of the original DKC games lmao
So, I may have gone a little overboard here, but I played this boss on Funky Mode, so I had 5 hearts. And just to go way overboard, I added _TWO_ Banana Juice potions. Each potion allows you to get hit 5 additional times. This therefore means I had either 15 or 17 total hearts worth of health (15 if the 5 extra hits includes the initial getting hit, or 17 if the initial hit _starts_ the 5 extra hit counter, but doesn't include it). The point is.... I died. Yes, I lost a life.... on Funky Mode.... with an extra 10-12 additional HP. And yes, it was on the second phase.
It's nigh on impossible. Why do you have to go back so far to try again? Also why isn't there an easier mode? We aren't all kids. I'm a 67 year old gamer.😁😛
This BOSS is WAY, WAY too hard for this pt in the game. when i first played it (ive since beaten the game) i was stuck on this forever and inevitably stopped playing this game. it was too frustrating.

For some reason I didn't notice the barrels on the side when he does the row of spikes in the second stage. Helped a lot.

Yeah it really was, I think the whole game is harder than it needs to be especially if you're going for 100% xD
