Haha, classic, selling broker “The owner only sailed it once a year to church on Sunday but always kept it in bristol condition...”. After haulout reveals blisters, “Those will polish right out, not a big deal!”. Lol, thanks for posting!
I have a 2009 Leopard40 like this one and have happily sailed her over 12 000nm on her. Every boat has its niggles and as long as you can do a bit of work yourself which I enjoy you can keep your costs manageable. I am very happy with mine 👍😊
Who does this guy work for. In the US he will shut up and say nothing and the owner is not welcome to the survey. This guy keeps saying that real damage is nothing. Clearly he is on the sellers payroll.
You don’t know what you’re talking about. Coring is used because it’s lighter and more rigid than solid FRP panels. You should research the pros and cons of various coring materials.
@@1sailfast I do know what I am talking about putting a core material is fine but not one that will ROT OR ABSORB WATER that is done to save money by the builder. Look at Boston Whaler and and PRO LINE FOAM CORE Balsa wood is worst of material as you can get
Fabric softener can weaken lines. Very small doses will not hurt but don't overdo. All i have heard in this video is really bad advice and a bunch of people who are not looking after these buyers.

A real eye opener to the level of osmosis & blisters on a relatively new (10-11 year old Leopard 40) cat. Did you end up buying it?
19:51 I don't trust a guy who can't bring his own proper hammer for the job. Just sayin'.
