1. gate에 신호를 주어도 전기가 흐르지 않거나,
2. gate에 신호를 주지않아도 전기가 흐릅니다.
특히, 2번의 상황은 위험한 상황입니다.
If the n-ch FET of spot welder is broken ...
1. If a signal is applied to the gate, no electricity flows,
2. Electricity flows without signaling the gate.
Especially, situation 2 is dangerous.
gate신호가 없는 상태에서 source 핀과 drain핀을 체크하여 FET고장여부를 알 수 있습니다.
FET가 스위치 역할을 못하게 될 경우, 이럴 경우, 화면에 FET errer!!표시됩니다.
If there is no signal at the gate, check the source pin and drain pin to see if the FET is faulty.
If the FET does not function as a switch, the display will show FET errer !!.
동영상에서는 정상적인 FET이기 때문에,
임의로 source 핀과 drain핀을 쇼트시키어 FET파손상황을 시뮬레이션 해보았습니다.
Since the video is a normal FET (Unbroken),
I randomly simulated the FET breakdown by shorting the source and drain pins.
