Free text allows the client to type their answer. Attachment is where they upload a file. Some questions can be required, but they don’t all have to be.

It's been a long2x time was hoping to get my first order but there's nothing happened. Lots of things I've changed lots of advice I do but until now I was still sitting here watching you're videos and maybe I can do more tweaks and setting up my mind! That if I still have no order until the end of this this month I think I quit.

It’s a search thing - not permanent. It comes and goes. It just means that when the client found you in search you had a little ‘Fiverr’s choice’ badge for excellence to nudge them in your direction. And they’re telling you basically *don’t f-- this up*
After getting level one seller batch in fiverr I am not getting any order from last 2 months. I just increase my price a little bit from 5 dollar to 10 dollar. What I should now? Any advice?
The resolution centre is so irritating. I had to cancel an order because someone skipped all of my questions to answer before ordering and just started an order with a message like, 'hi'. Obviously, I had to ask him to cancel it. But it affected my stats :( Great video tho! Had my fiverr page open whilst watching so I can make some changes ahah. Thank you!

Hi Carrie, Fabulous video, touched on loads of things I didn't know existed. I wanted to double check what Live Portfolio does and what happens when you press the tick box.
Like I mentioned, the live portfolio feature adds to your gig image carousel to show the most recent buyer samples with an excerpt of their review as well. What I didn’t mention - those only start piling up after you turn the feature on, you’ll see the sample preview in the delivery when you upload (has to be showable, like a pdf, image, video, etc.), and the client has to approve it to be posted there when they do their review. Tons of sellers use the tool so you can see examples of it all around the platform. Fiverr also has seller help info posted about it.
No, I don’t. I don’t want to have to go through the extra trouble of creating a shareable delivery excerpt (in PDF form) for each delivery. I use my portfolio site instead.
If you can’t see any entries, it might not be available for your category. I have a hard time believing that there are none posted, but in a small category, that’s possible. Good luck!

I’m not sure what you mean about live consultations. Do you mean the new video tool that Fiverr is adding to the order form? I think that might still be in beta (don’t quote me), but if you have that little video button like I showed, it would show up in the chat box in the order form.

Yes, Live Consultations - basically a video chat - are an option to add to services (as in a boxed check option). I'm not a personal coach, but I see it's something that lifestyle type gigs offer, and was curious how people have gone about it. I did talk with CS since my comment, and they said that people have used Skype and Zoom but you have to list it in your description and requirements so the editing team can approve it. Kind of a confusing grey area since they want all communication done through Fiverr. I hope they add that video call option soon! Thanks for your reply, Carrie!
Ooooh gotcha. I think things *might* be different because I’m a pro seller, but the gig wasn’t pro, so idk. When I offer(ed - currently taking a break from it) business consulting over zoom, we just schedule with a record and links in the order form. Then I deliver a summary document of everything that we talked about and an audio file of the call - both for their benefit and proof of delivery for me.
Lol I guarantee every seller has out of office mode - it’s on your seller profile page and the app. Might have changed the text since this video to say ‘set availability.’ And I’m 99% confident all gigs and categories have live portfolio because that feature has been around for like 8 years. I also guarantee fiverr doesn’t hate you. ‘It’ probably doesn’t even know you lol

Hello, I am a new seller on Fiverr. Is sending a rough draft to my buyer for a review before making a final delivery, good or not ? Does Fiverr buyer use it without my consent to save his money and ultimately cancel the order?
It depends on the service that your selling and the workflow that you have set up with your client. It can work, but they need to know what to expect for the schedule and there should be a clear reason for sending the draft, like if intensive revisions and collaborative mid-delivery feedback is part of what you offer.

You should definitely check out Fiverr’s help pages for information. As far as I know, you have 10 days to post a review for the buyer. Whether you do or don’t, their review will still publish to your profile.

It’s not something that you set up. Fiverr automatically tracks how long it takes you to respond to the client’s first message. That’s the average. 😊
