@@prod.datijuca Truth be told...not great! I had a few orders come in but not much more. That could also be me not pushing it enough. My gigs are still live, but I upped my prices drastically because my workload off Fiverr got really busy and I was worried I wouldn't be able to prioritize the work (if it came in) at such a low price. So lots of trial and error still needed I guess.
$25 to mix and master a track is absolutely insane. I can't believe anyone would devalue their time and creativity to that degree. But to each their own.
Just ran across this video (and channel) . Wondering how Robby made out and if there is a followup video in the works yet? Meanwhile I'm trying some of your suggestions on my own Fiver page. Thanks !
Six months in on Fiverr and I'm already smashing Level 1 and almost about to reach Level 2! This video has been a game-changer for me. I've raised my rates, and clients are loving the quality of my mixes and masters. 🚀
This is a great video. I’ve been thinking about joining Fiverr and wasn’t comfortable with just jumping in however now that I’ve watched your video I think I’m ready to give it a go. Thanks a lot. 👍🏽🥃
This is a super informative video, I do have a question though. What if you don’t have any songs on Streaming services. I don’t have any clients yet other than the duo I’m in. Currently mixing an EP, and a last year I tracked and mixed a middle school jazz band. I have between 50-70 practice mixes. I download multi tracks and mix them. So am I S. O. L until I get real clients?
If I may jump in here...if including a Spotify playlist isn't an option right now, Fiverr does allow you upload samples of your work and their ask is a (sometimes annoyingly) low criteria. The sample can't be longer than 3.30s and 10mb. So if you can, why not write a few short 'inspired by' songs that fit the genre you would like mix and upload the mp3's! Might be some extra effort on your part but will give you a portfolio that you own and can do with as you wish 👍🏻
Hey Cory, I followed this advice and was able to get my first order, so thank you. In the video, you recommend doubling prices immediately after completing the first order. Should I do that with all of my gigs? Or just the specific genre that the first order was
What if you have no credentials but have done alloy of mixing I lost all of my data on my old drive and no songs were published I'm thinking of just making my own music well enough to put on the page because of this
My Fiverr Gig is now live!! Thanks for your help, Cory! Can't wait to report back soon 🫡
I've created very similar gig after watching this vid for the same price and we can compare our results after one or three months
good luck! btw, you never circled back to the search keywords. can you remember what you ended up with?
@@Simeon_Harris I actually just found the most popular mixing gig and used the keywords they used, they're at the bottom of the page :-)
Hey bro, 4 months in, how is it going so far?
