    Great review! I had the same results with a KO Setup in the desert. Within 5 minutes the Ko Factory Spec Controller would be so hot that it would go into limp mode. With the x9000 I can ride all day without any heat problems.

    Great video guys! Wish we could
    See some data behind what you’re saying the bike is doing. Bms data, controller logs, something…..then we can see what the motor is doing and battery is holding along with temps.

      Thanks for the response and we agree! We will try to find a way to measure this in real time while testing!

    Reeled in that 450 pretty quick. I'm running the exact same setup. It's a sleeper.

    Does this bike have warp9 primary? Is it worth the upgrade?

    • @brettbaldwin35
      @brettbaldwin35 Год назад +1

      Yes and well worth the upgrade. It’s louder but quieter than other chain drives and extremely reliable

    • @ChargedCycleWorks
      @ChargedCycleWorks  Год назад +1

      Yes. It’s required with this much power. The Warp9 version is the quietest we’ve ridden.

    • @e75short14
      @e75short14 Год назад

      @ChargedCycleWorks I have heard from some people that although it is much quieter, this primary chain gets pretty hot and that the top speed is lost.

    • @brettbaldwin35
      @brettbaldwin35 Год назад +1

      @@e75short14 a chain will only get hotter than a belt if it’s not lubricated properly. In terms of off road riding top speed isn’t my worry, it’s how quick I can get there and with the amount of torque this bike runs I’d blow up a belt too quickly

    What battery is capable of 35 kw 😂

    • @ChargedCycleWorks
      @ChargedCycleWorks  10 месяцев назад

      The 72v 42ah race battery we offer peaks at about 40kw, and is continuous at 28. Pushing that much power continuous isn’t capable out of any surron type batteries, so we understand where your question is coming from.

    • @shay_mx34
      @shay_mx34 10 месяцев назад

      @@ChargedCycleWorks oh wow I thought 28kw was peak.. do you have to change bms settings to reach that much power?

    • @ChargedCycleWorks
      @ChargedCycleWorks  9 месяцев назад

      @@shay_mx34 No, just need the Race battery specifically and its ready to go.

      @ChargedCycleWorks  Год назад +3

      That's not accurate information, it's far more than just a sticker on an existing motor. We have a Sotion motor in our shop and we'll be doing side by side testing with KO, Sotion, EBMX motors soon.
