Thank you so much for explaining complex ideas using relevant analogies and simple terminologies. Every sentence conveys a deeper meaning. I listened to your videos multiple times. Awesome job in educating others.
Thanks, Vibhor, it is simple and straightforward as usual.
Once again nice glance what is product roadmap.
Part-3/4 might how to build road map!
thanks for effort and sharing such valuable knowledge..
Awesome explanation !!!
Superb insights :) thanks Vibhor!
Great series! Thank you for these videos. If I may request in the future to add captions or subtitles, that would be awesome.

Another awesome video
Nice one
Thank you, Vibhor... now I wanna go on a road trip )
Thanks you so much for your valuable explanations. I would like to request you to make a series on Agility lead role . It would be very helpful.
Hi Vibhor, I really liked the way you talk and explain the concept in a simple manner. Just to update you on a small mistake on this video at @5:34, the slide where you distinguished between road map and release plan, second point about road map you spoke that it communicates about WHY, but on slide its written WHERE. Check if you can correct it.
I know Goldy. I did notice it but since the video is already up I couldn't correct it. I did however put an arrow there to point that out.
Thanks!
I’ve been watching your videos all week. Really I insightful. I’d like to hear your take on strategy.
Thank you, Strategy is in the further in the backlog
please active subtitle in future youtube
very nice video and clearly explained
Thank you
Hi Vibor , how road map is different from release planning? In road map we map features with with date in release planning we add different user story to to release with specific end date? Outcome looks same ?
HI Vibhor
Can you please make video expalining Servant leader vs true leader (as per scrum guide 2020)
I'll put it in my backlog 👍
So who is responsible for the agile release and is there a role as a release manager. What does a scrum master do in all this ?
In Agile, there is no one single person who's responsible for anything. It's a team responsibility. Scrum Master as a member of the team is required to facilitate the creation of the release plan and then doing whatever it takes to help the team make the release.
Hi Vibhor ...this is a nice video like always however I have a question you say there are 5 levels of planning in Agile - portfolio - vision , product - roadmap and release - release plan there are 3 . Am I missing something here?
You are not missing anything Aarathi. I didn't mention the Sprint planning and daily planning because they are not relevant in the video. On a hindsight I could have included them. Thanks for pointing it out
So releases here represent sprint?
How do I like your videos more than once?
background music a little too loud.
The background music isn't syncing well, pretty bad. Just a feedback :)
