Hi Weng. I noticed you've been using powered milk more often in your doughs. Is there a reason for that? I watched a video where they also used some. She said it helped to make the bread softer. Is that correct? I don't have any anymore. I use to use it to help my whipped cream to be more stable but I found a different product that works much better for that. Would it be okay to leave it out since I believe it's being used in the filling? Hope you're well... 🙏💜
Hi Tammie, yes I am adding milk powder to intensify the color of the crust to become pretty bronzed :) Also it adds structure and makes it more fluffy and tender. You can just fill it with cream cheese or any filling you prefer :) Thanks Tammie!
