    I've always loved this Christmas carol. The first verse paints a picture of a cold we can't picture unless we're from the far frozen north or Antarctic, I imagine temperatures between minus-40 and minus-60 and then in the subsequent verses I still picture that freezing cold. I've loved how evocative it is

      Thanks very much! I think that this particular arrangement of the tune makes it even more mystical than the original one. It is a short but well written meditation 😊

    What a beautiful performance of Paul Fey's wonderful setting of Holst's poignant melody, 'Cranham' (named after the village in Gloucester where Gustav spent his childhood). Your registration choices - especially the strings - reveal your exceptional abilities with digital voicing to customize this instrument and create sound that is equal to any pipe organ I have ever heard (and vastly superior to most!). You play the music so sensitively that you capture all the emotional power that is carried in this arrangement, making for a fully immersive experience: bravo!

    Just beautiful, Paolo. The combination of Oboe and tremulant is very nice, the tremulant sounds very realistic . Which certainly isn't often the case on digital organs. I suspect you tweaked it somehow?

    • @digitalpipes
      @digitalpipes  3 года назад

      😄😄😄 Paolo = master tricker!!! Believe it or not, the tremulant is the only thing I have not tricked out on this instrument! It also has some parameters that one can change but I found that it was working fine by default so I never had to manipulate it 😉 Thanks for commenting, Ralph!!!

    Il subwoofer lo hai collegato con un jack all'organo oppure l'hai collegato alle due casse?te lo chiedo perché vorrei comprarlo per collegarlo allo strumento ma l'uscita per il subwoofer è unica e il sub che vorrei prendere ha L e R come input e non saprei come collegarlo con la sola uscita dell'organo.
    Ti ringrazio per la risposta

    • @digitalpipes
      @digitalpipes  3 года назад +1

      Il mio sub é collegato alla scheda audio. L’uscita del sub dell’organo é singola ma ha due canali, quindi se vuoi usare quella ti serve uno cavo con uno jack stereo da una parte e due RCA mono dall’altra (si trova facilmente in commercio) 😉

    • @SimoneSpadapianista
      @SimoneSpadapianista 3 года назад +1

      @@digitalpipes grazie mille. Ho capito benissimo!ho acquistato da poco due monitor Yamaha hs8 ed è una meraviglia ma mi mancano molto le frequenze basse,ecco perché sto pensando al sub.
      Se volessi mandare alle casse esterne Yamaha solamente il secondo manuale come posso fare per programmare l'organo così? perché dai monitor esce tutto (pedaliera, primo e secondo manuale). Io posseggo un sonus 45dlx.

    • @digitalpipes
      @digitalpipes  3 года назад +1

      @@SimoneSpadapianista nella sezione dove indirizzi i suoni in uscita manda la seconda tastiera sulle uscite 1/2 e tutto il resto su 3/4 (per esempio) e poi colleghi solo le uscite 1/2 alle casse. Ma fai attenzione che dai diffusori interni esce comunque sempre tutto. Se vuoi separare le tastiere devi avere 4 diffusori.
