Waterspout forms near Mexico shoreline

A spectacular waterspout left beachgoers stunned in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, footage posted on April 25 shows.
This video, filmed by Sarah Calderon, shows the funnel spinning off the coast of La Bocana.
The Secretaría de Protección Civil of Solidaridad said in post on X that, “a cloud nucleus developed in the coastal area of Xpu Ha … Although they are not dangerous and are very common, we recommend you to take precautions.”
