Tank is working great, now I have around 18,5l in that little bike. It is worth it every penny for that kit👌👍

Just installed it on my 2023 690 Enduro R. These are the issues I had. The rear tank bracket was bent in the opposite direction, if I install it the way in the video, the bend was up. The kit did not have the nut inserts for the carbon fiber cover screws and the fit and finish of the carbon fiber cover was ruff. The seat now is slightly raised up and now is resting on the tank not the frame. Just my experience.

Just did the installation on my 2023 ktm.
The only way it fits is doing the bracket exactly as in the video. The bracket makes a U shape.
All other ways lift the seat way too much.
This was still lifts the seat at the front, as can be seen in the video.
I wish Rade would make the tank 500ml smaller. It would be a much better fit.

Lot of feedback of this tank boiling fuel with the included heat shield... I picked up a thicker and larger blanket that extends up both sides, hoping it will keep the heat better controlled.

I have a 2017 Ktm 690 that has an even smaller tank than the newer models. I get 150 miles give or take out of a tank of fuel depending on how hard the bike is ridden. I’m just wondering how many people have actually needed the extra fuel that this kit provides?

Hi. I have this tank fitted to a 2019 690 Enduro I bought. I note that the filler neck is very close to the ignition key but on the 701 it seems to be further away. Are the tanks different? Thanks, Ian

The fuel lines and valve outside the frame rail is very concerning.

Just bought a 23’ 690 enduro r with the Rade fuel tank already installed. Yesterday, after about 50 miles into desert ride, the fuel from main tank started pushing into aux tank and ultimately dumping out the vent into my lap. I had to shut down and open main tank so they could equalize and turn aux tank off to continue. Performed this 3 times before turning aux to off to finish ride.
When I got back to shop, opened aux tank and turned bike back on, sure enough it started gushing fuel into aux tank. First time this happened and 3rd time I’ve made this same 120 mile round trip. It was hotter this day, around 90f, but it was in 80s other days. Any ideas, seems like I need a check valve or there are issues with the fuel getting hot and main tank not venting adequately?

I have the same issue. I wonder if blocking the vent would cause a flow issue. Or, charcoal canister delete.

Tank is the rear subframe as well so obviously no.
And your fuel range would be terrible with only a small tank.

when mounted with the Scotts damper the carbon cover for the tank won't fit, right?

Could you post measurement of noise level before and after this mod? People are saying the intake noise is bonkers, please calm my qualms :)
