    It's not in the video, but remember to unscrew the opposite screw to the one hidden behind the radiator before popping up the OEM air box (3:37). If you have a SAS/Canister Removal Kit by Rottweiler, you won't need the T connector -> only one pink cable is required. And to the RadeGarage team - great product and excellent DIY video! I wish you give NM values for screws - I have a tendency to overtighten everything ;) For example, I had to check in the repair manual that the fuel pump screws are 4 NM.

    Do you have dynamo charts oiginal vs small airbox? What is impact of this mod on engine power curve?

      My 690 smcr with stock airbox and wings slipon made 64hp/46tq. With this airbox, wings slipon and dyno tune it made 70hp/51tq.

    Would any of your auxiliary tanks fit GASGAS 700 (2023)? Can't find that info on site, but I assume it should as bikes are nearly the same?

    Could you please do one on how to plug the tank directly with the OEM one, I would prefer doing it this way as it require less work, but I don't find any explanation :s

      It’s quite easy to do. I ran fuel line under the battery base then up to the breather point on a replacement billet fuel spout. Then simply put a one way breather hose on the Radegarage fuel cap to allow it to vent. I also installed a quick release fuel joiner in the fuel hose under the new tank so that I can easily remove the tank. Just make sure you have enough hose length. One extra benefit of this is that you can easily remove the Radegarage tank if you run out of fuel. I gave mine to my friend and he took it to a garage for refilling. I should make a video. Note, I did this on my 690 and the process would be identical for the 701.

      @@MrEtnorbHello, could you do a video review please, would be terribly grateful. I am not a native speaker of English and translating your message the meaning has changed a bit and became unclear, but thanks to the video review everything is clearly visible and understandable, once again, I will be extremely grateful

    Does this allow you to only run fuel in the front tank and keep the rear completely empty?

    I'm a little confused and in the middle of my install. When he takes the air tube below the T and uses the pliers and heat gun to stretch out the end. What is he connecting it to?

      Hi, it goes to Crankcase breather on the RHS of the bike. Basically, instead of the OEM air hose.

      @@richardzanaska5666 Hi! What do we do if the crankcase breather has been removed? (SAS / Canister Removal mod)

    • @JetCityHooligan
      @JetCityHooligan 9 месяцев назад

      @@axeldh7293 crankcase breather is important so you don't get blow-by. sas and canister have nothing to do with the crankcase breather.
