Samrat Ashoka was definitely cruel because I found his hell. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. In Pidhauli (Vaishali) the local deity is Bardiha Baba. Bardiha means the Baba who didn't allow us to stay where he was staying. Bardiha Baba is the Buddha no doubt because he didn't allow the crowd of Lichavies to stay with him in Bandagama. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to Buddhists.

I recently stumbled upon your video where you discussed how certain individuals, who lived during a particular time, have seemingly altered historical narratives through podcasts. It got me thinking about the power of storytelling and how perspectives can shape our understanding of history.
While I appreciate the insights shared in your video, it's essential for us as viewers to approach such narratives with a critical mind. Living in a specific time doesn't automatically grant someone an all-encompassing knowledge of events. Growing up and sharing experiences are undoubtedly valuable, but it's crucial to acknowledge the complexities of historical interpretation.
Let's encourage open discussions and multiple perspectives to enrich our understanding rather than accepting narratives blindly. After all, speaking doesn't always equate to knowing.
Looking forward to hearing more diverse viewpoints on this fascinating topic!

Ye Admi kitna Galat History bataraha hai about Samrat Ashok , just because his Grandfather Samrat Chandragupt Maurya was from a lower caste n a gulam at once n still managed to defeat cruel Nands n become King n formed Akhad Bharat. Ashok was the Crown prince as the other one had Greek mother- non Indian. Study the injustice that happened with him. Later he left Hinduism n Accepted Buddhism cause he was sad with wars n killing ppl n wanted a religion which teaches a different way. These ppl always try to put names on Buddhism acceptors as Buddhism and Hindustan are opposite concept. But when it comes to great ppl dont bring religion inbetween

There are few incorrect info shared by this gentlemen expert
    1. Chanakya: Chanakya appeared only in Mudraraksha (an anti Mauryan dynasty book) and not mentioned in other more legit books like Buddhist literatures. Chanakya was never mentioned in any scriptures where Chandragupt Maurya was mentioned. Basically Chanakya’s name was created by taking work credits of other great people like
    a) Vishnugupt- Uncle of Chandragupt the actual mentor of Chandragupt
    b) Kautilya-Written Arthshastra
    c) Chapad- for wisdom quotes but now credit is given to Chanakya.
    2. Ajivika - Ashok’s father Bindusara was himself a follower of Ajivika. Ashoka was the first emperor of India who has created a common rules for all religions including brahamanic religion.

its common misconception that only kings were kshatriya varna person.
elder ones continue as kings but younger ones and their families and their future generations are kshatriyas too.
each and every person in a king's army and their commanders were kshatriya only.
so in war ,only kshatriyas fought and rest of varnas were going about their lives.
by 11th century, kshatriya population dwindled and now, none left in places like tamilnadu .it took four to five hundred years to slowly recruit other varna people into army in enough numbers .i think its main factor of our defeat to islamics or westerners.
