what does njama njam taste like?
Nice one, is it optional to add the bush pepper and contri onions, ginger and garlic?. Bc its a traditional meal
Those ingredients actually enhance the flavor of the dish…however If u must skip any ingredient it should be only garlic and ginger. The bush pepper and contri onion cannot be exempted.

How long did you cook the leaves?
About 15 mins maximum while checking at intervals for the leaves not to be too soft!
