- "A Herdeira" is a Portuguese telenovela produced in 2017. Set in Viana do Castelo, a small city in the north of Portugal, this storyline features Dinis (Pedro Granger), a lawyer fresh off a difficult divorce, who soon starts getting involved with Salvador (José Condessa), a fellow lawyer, who is still in the closet.

As a Black person let me just say that I didn't think Salvador's father could possibly piss me off more than he already has. Like last episode her had a thing against Gypsies (Romani peoples?) and now Black People?? All I have to say is that "illness" of his better turn real so he can head on out. Cuz boy, does this man piss me off...him and Carlota's grandmother...like damn!! Can we let them live???
While I'm venting, Salvador is also pissing me tf off! Like screw your father bruh-- just grow a damn backbone already, like damnnn! We are not even worried about rejection at this point...he's really out he just doubling down on lie after lie after lie....For what? It is just laziness at this point.

I have to wait another week before the next upload, dying to find out what happen next, wish these were longer. Thanks Shane for the fast fix on the subtitles. Question for you Shane, the speech that Salvador gave to Dinis, is it idiot that was used or another word? And the phrase doing laundry or is it something else that was said. I’ve seen that same scene on RUclips and it was translate differently, most of what was translate was correct minus certain words and phrases.
Olá…the word he used is “imbecil”, which means stupid, fool, dumb…the other part, Salvador actually said that everyday he chooses his clothes thinking about Dinis.
@@samuelmarques5067 thanks, I guess it all depends on the person translating, that particular scene the person used the word asshole throughout the scene instead of idiot or imbecile.
Part 28 Pour les gens ne comprenant pas l'anglais (résumé)
On entre dans les parties intenses de l'histoire avec beaucoup de contenu. On ouvre avec le fameux baiser de Vito Carlos à Carlota et la visite de Henrique au bureau encore une fois. Quelle audace incroyable de laisser croire à une crise cardiaque pour avoir ouïe l'histoire d'un baiser de Carlota! Quelle tactique effroyable, dégueulasse et écoeurante, de faire une scène comme cela à son fils! C'est bien ici que l'on peut apprécier toute l'horreur du type d'homme et de père que Henrique est finalement. Homme sans cœur et sans scrupule qui ne pense qu'à sa réputation à lui. Son fils n'a aucune importance. C'est le point capital du rôle du personnage de Henrique dans sa relation avec son fils, voulue par l'auteur, à mon humble avis, pour nous les téléspectateurs, pour toute cette histoire. On voit tout de lui. Homme aux multiples stéréotypes: machiste, raciste, anti-gay, menteur, espion, manipulateur, condescendant, imbu de lui-même à outrance, exerçant un ascendant paternaliste envahissant, etc...tout est là! Un grand rôle d'emmerdeur. Bravo! Il pousse Salvador à bout, qui lui donne l'heure juste et qui quitte le bureau enragé.
La rencontre au café avec Dinis. Son arrivée laisse sous-entendre qu'il s'attendait à quelque chose d'autre que de parler business. Il est assis sur le bout de sa chaise et semble impatient de savoir ce que Dinis va lui dire. Ils ne se sont pas parlés depuis leur échange calme et posé à propos de Henrique trop envahissant dans la vie de Salvador. Après l'échange tumultueux sur le secret professionnel et de l'achat de témoins qu'a semblé faire Salvador dans le cas Madelena. Dinis laisse planer le doute sur la crédibilité de tout ce que peut dire Salvador qui est insulté de sa réaction. Vient alors la «déclaration d'amour» très sentie et belle, voire triste et amère, de Salvador. Comme il dit si bien à Dinis: «Je suis vraiment un idiot n'est-ce pas?» Et Dinis stupéfait de cette réaction de Salvador continue son écoute. «Tu sais quoi? Je suis l'idiot qui passe ses journées à penser à toi. Je suis l'idiot qui fait sa lessive en pensant à toi. Je suis l'idiot qui regarde ton nom sur son téléphone d'innombrable fois, sans t'appeler. Sais-tu pourquoi? Parce que cela me fait me sentir plus proche de toi. Imagines-tu, regarder un nom et se sentir plus proche. Je suis vraiment un idiot, n'est-ce pas? C'est ce que je suis.» Frustré, Salvador quitte le café en furie. Il cherche à attendrir Dinis car il sait bien que celui-ci ne cédera pas tant qu'il n'aura pas fait son coming out. C'était bien l'objet de leur dernière discussion. Salvador est de plus en plus dans sa solitude. Tant qu'il niera, il n'avancera pas. Il n'avancera plus désormais; et la déclaration d'amour enflammée et frustrée de Salvador démontre bien qu'il se rendait bien voir Dinis avec une grande espérance de progrès pour leur relation et ce n'en fut pas le cas et c'est cela qui fait sortir du restaurant en furie Salvador.
Le segment entre Dinis et Vicente n'apporte rien à l'histoire ici sauf une auto-réflexion de Dinis qui est obligé de s'admettre à lui-même qu'il est fondamentalement très amoureux de Salvador en dépit de toutes les difficultés. Pourquoi se chicaneraient-ils autant s'il ne l'aimait pas ou s'il ne ressentait rien pour lui?
La rencontre de nos deux hommes à la pharmacie à propos de la déclaration d'amour de Salvador, la veille au café, ne tourne à rien. Dinis rappelle que le double-jeu ne mènera Salvador nulle part. L'indifférence de Dinis est évidente sur le blabla de Salvador pour: " amis, pas amis...", le téléphone de Dinis sonne, laissant croire par les propos échangés entre Dinis et l'appelant, à un rendez-vous intime. Magnifique de voir l'inquiétude mêlée de jalousie de Salvador qui voit son homme s'éloigner de lui «peut-être» en faveur d'un autre que lui. Vient la filature tout aussi inquiète...superbe! Il attend pour voir combien de temps l'autre le triche.... peut-être!
