@@AuroraLucas10 Hi, Aurora. Very welcome. Yes, there’s definitely a reason. I’ve been coughing since June. Sometimes I can’t finish a sentence. Part of my job involves taking calls and I constantly have to hit the mute button. I noticed that after I eat or drink, I cough a lot. Since my X-rays were clear, the ER wouldn’t give me a CT scan which I really wanted.
@@archangel1527 I'm so sorry, that sounds frustrating. I am glad that the X-rays are clear, but I'm wondering why they won't give you a CT scan? Did they give the reason why? Did they also try to give you some ways to mend the cough for now?
@@AuroraLucas10 Hi, Aurora. It seems Drs don’t understand that anything less than 3cm may not show up in X-rays and that things can hide behind the ribs and collarbone. I think the X-ray was the be all and end all for them. So, I will continue taking cough drops and mucinex DM. My mother had COPD and died of double pneumonia. I am stunned that you actually coughed up blood and the Drs you encountered were not sufficiently alarmed by that.
I suspect that something is not right in my lungs, two months ago I had three nodules in my right lung, symptoms began such as coughing, pain on the side of the lung when I sneeze, chest pain sometimes, fatigue, shortness of breath especially after coughing, my primary doctor did a CT scan and in less than two months, I developed two new nodules in my left lung and the one I had bigger in the right lung, it grew. Luckily, they referred me to the pulmonologist and I will see him in a couple of weeks, they also sent me to do a study with bronchodilator God bless you dear❤

@@AuroraLucas10 Not really but the only thing I ask is that you pay attention to me and that you don't leave me aside with this, I wouldn't want everything to be complicated by negligence

The one thing I could definitely recommend is to take notes of your symptoms so that you can go in your pulmonologist meeting prepared and you can show him that "data." You can take notes in a notebook or on your phone. Again, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I hope that you receive answers soon.
