My best guess on 25:35 is that it refers to a series of exploitables (which is a meme) that features a drawing of a sagely figure looking into a crystal ball.

0:03- The first thing I see when I search for "Tonight's the Night" on Google is a studio album by Neil Young.
0:20- I had a feeling I would see the Celtic Guardian from "Yu-gi-oh" in one of the Splatfest fan arts.
0:46- That looks like an Inkling-fied CaseOh, a streamer on Twitch. There's a clip of him calling out his pet cat, where it leaps into his arm and Caseoh holds it out to his viewers.
0:50- Hello there, Dark Magician Girl.
1:07, 8:07- This pic reminds me of Siegmeyer of Catarina, also known as the Onion Knight from "Dark Souls."
1:19- Is that King Boo with the Super Crown on the right side of the pic? o.o
1:26- I dunno who the guy is in the pic, but I do know that the phrase is a reference to the "I miss my wife, Tails" quote from a video of an improvised fan dub of "Sonic Adventure 2" on RUclips.
3:44- That's a reference to a producer tag by DJ Smokey from one of his songs. The phrase goes: "Shadow Wizard Money Gang. We love casting spells. This song is sponsored by the shadow government."
4:17- Nice art. I like how it's a reference to one of the teams in the NBA.

12:16, 25:35- This is based on a meme "Pondering my orb," which shows a sagely figure looking into a crystal ball. The original picture used in the meme comes from a gamebook cover, called "Middle-Earth Quest: A Spy In Isengard," an RPG game based on The Lord of the Rings back in 1988.
20:54- Nice Hollow Knight reference.
24:00- Glad to see someone draw Galacta Knight in the Halloween Splatfest.
24:31- Nice, a "Kiki's Delivery Service" reference!
25:38- Espio the Chameleon who first appeared in "Sonic Heroes." He sings "Born in the Darkness to live in the darkness, that's the ninja's creed" when Team Chaotix uses Team Blast.

Espio the Chameleon actually debuted in Knuckles’ Chaotix, by the way, but he, Vector, and Charmy didn’t make another appearance until Sonic Heroes.

1:12 It's hard to say since the swords are pretty slim, but the top-left one reminds me of the Omega Yato blade that Corrin uses in Smash Bros., and the one on the right of the Buster Sword reminds me of the Falchion (Marth's sword), but its design is rather simplistic, so hard to say
