iirc he didn't say he will never play guile. During demo, he heard that guile was broken or something so he's not interested trying it out. That and ryu being so fun for him to play. As for why suddenly he play guile, why not? He's gonna try guile sooner or later, this guile is probably daigo trying it out and before intense lab and practice. it remains to be seen whose his main later on
@@MisterJonesification Guile will say "Perfect" if the timing is perfect and there are enough recovery frames to throw another move to make it a sonic boom loop... they didn't change it for no reason.

@@kano1652 you get frame advantage so you can hit or grab em if you perfect parry. Maybe u were just a little slow on the jump.
