@Kittycat We know men get scrutiny, too, but it's different. I, for one, have big boobs, which I have always hated and felt really uncomfortable with, but the one thing my family would always say to me to make me feel better was "It's okay, men like big boobs". I know it doesn't sound that bad, but honestly, it makes me feel like I have to like it just because a man will probably find it attractive and that's disgusting to me. If I have a daughter, I will never say anything like that to her. And now that I've realized I like women, it's helped me see how many times men have sexualised me since I was like 12 because of my body. And they've harassed me, too, I just didn't know better back then because that's just what men do, right? Please don't compare, it's not the same. I obviously don't want men to feel bad about themselves, but it's just not as bad for them.

I have literally never thought this.
We get to choose our thoughts, and unfortunately, people just let their mind to to negative things. People need to learn the art of retraining the mind to patterns and beliefs that best serve them.
Also I never felt like this human, only that I am soul in this body, and so do t identify with limited perceptions of the false identifications people seem to cling to that are the reason they actually suffer.
It's basically a within thing, on all levels of being.
But we aren't often taught how to take full responsibility of ourselves on every level, or, that the true self is eternal consciousness/ energy and perception and identification from that space is pure freedom ♥ and blissful inloveness. And worth cultivating, beyond all the ego nonsense distractions.

As someone who started getting boobs in elementary school, and who now has very large ones, I am so grateful for this video bc everyone has always been like "omg you're so lucky your boobs are so big!" and never take me seriously when I say they're only good for other people. This video truly shows the struggle of having larger breasts and how they can make you end up hating and/or feeling ashamed or embarrassed by your body. For a VERY long time I always wore baggy clothes and things that fully covered my chest to avoid all the harassment I regularly received (at school and just in public in general). Even as a girl with smaller (34-b) breasts, I still get sexualized when I don't wear a bra. And even if I am, If my stepmother thinks that I'm not, I get chastised. My father is constantly telling me to cover up, and to not wear tops/dresses that show even a hint of cleavage. It makes you feel awful. I used to never be self-conscious of my breasts, but now I always have to be careful with what I wear in front of my family. I can't even imagine how women with bigger breasts must feel. I'm sure your family is doing the best they can, but sometimes it's hard to explain things, so all you may get is them screaming at you for being nasty. They care about you and are looking out for you. You may not know this, but culturally, and down through the ages, if women wanted to get sexual attention, they would show off more and more of their breasts, along with their rear ends. Think of the image of a prostitute or a stripper. Now think about what kinds of things go along with those lifestyles. I was developing when I was about 7/8. Around the age of 9 I really started to show I was reaching womanhood. My mother took myself and my sister to the shops and had us fitted. I was a d cup for my first bra. By the time I was in high-school I was a g/h cup. I never went anywhere without a bra, I was so self conscious. Now in the end of my 30's I've come to terms with having large breasts. There are days where just wearing a bra is not an option because of the pain. I tend to find the largest baggiest shirts or sweaters I have if I have to go out. I don't think I'll ever be fully comfortable going into public without a bra but I'm willing to put my comfort first over the reactions of society. This just makes me feel so sad and awful for the experience some women have. I have very small breasts and I haven’t worn a bra really in 3-4 years. Of course I face my own objectification and uncomfortable feelings in my own experience, but I feel like my own experience is so little compared with those of a larger size who are constantly made to feel like objects and forced to conform for fashion and society’s sake. I’ve gotten used to the nipples and the sag, and the natural shape, which to me is so elegant and beautiful, but it’s also beautiful to see these other women experience the freedom and the ease of no encumbrance, regardless of the amount of beautiful body they carry.

This was such a journey! Really proud of these three for giving it a shot! I've been bra-less for about two years now (40DD) and started in the winter when I could layer with tank tops under baggy sweaters. Summertime was a whole other thing; I was worried that cars would crash and children would cry every time I left the house. There are definitely some older women who glare at me, but this has been a chance for me to be kind to myself. I definitely think that sports bras are necessary and count more as a uniform for physical activity (similar to wearing leggings or shorts).

I started developing in middle school, and by the end of high school I was wearing a 34H. Braless wasn’t an option...without the support it was WAY too painful. And yes, the stares were awful, too.
I’m now down to a 34DD after a breast reduction, and it was the best decision of my life. They’re still big, but so much less painful and much easier to deal with in general.
To everyone happy and confident with their bigger chests, I’m so glad for you. If you aren’t though I highly suggest looking into a reduction, a lot of the time insurance can cover it and it truly changed my life.

Honestly really appreciated how real this video is.
I have fairly large breasts and have been working on finding ways to be comfortable and confident in my body, and I've learnt that no bra doesn't always equal comfort and confidence doesn't always require a bra. Sometimes comfort means putting on a bra, the boobsweat and lack of support is real. Sometimes confidence means rocking an outfit and embracing how sexy an implied nipple can be.
I think it's really good to be comfortable and confident both with and without, and to decide to wear a bra only when it suits you.
Kudos to these lovely ladies and their journey! 💛

This has been something I have struggled with since I was like 9 or 10.. I've always had bigger boobs and they look even bigger because I have a small 5'1 frame. I'm at the least a 32/43 DDD and the only time I ever go without a bra is if I am wearing something oversized or baggy. Watching this has given me some much-needed confidence. Seeing these other large breasted women going about their days, saying that no one was really looking or caring... It means a lot. Thank you, thank you for posting this. I'm sure you've helped a lot of other women out there that struggle with this. Society needs to see that women just want to be comfortable and don't want to be sexualized for doing so.
♥ Stay confident and stay beautiful, ladies ♥

I'm so glad I'm not the only one that has really bad back pain, especially when I DON'T wear any type of bra. I can't sleep without a sports bra, my back kills me.
My breast have shrunk by half, from when I was pregnant with my son, I noticed after 8 years they were getting smaller and I'm still having problems, I couldn't imagine being that size now.
I will wear a strapless/bandeau type bra sometimes and honestly, It was a female in my family that commented on them not being lifted enough in a certain outfit and grabbed my top and bra, and lift them and said "they need to be here". I told her they aren't there when I have a push-up bra on with an underwire if she was that concerned she could pay for a boob lift, but I felt comfortable with where they are up until that point. ( let me note she never wears a bra) Do what you feel comfortable with at any given time.

I feel people with small breasts need to chill when someone with big breasts says that they use bras. I feel physical discomfort without a bra and that's okay to use AND not to use a bra.
People often thinks that the imposition needs to be break by not using any bra at all when we just need to accept those who want to and don't want to use bras.

What I've learned: I don't see much of a difference in someone who is braless. Everyone looks almost the same to me if not more relaxed/ natural/ beautiful in their own bodies. Ive also learned that some people will just sexualize anything that is slightly out of the norm and have no boundaries or restraint.
