As realistic as that would be, to make the video fun and the team actually do something. He has to change the playbooks, and I mean blame madden for making it like that

Anybody having issues in their franchise since roster update? My starters disappear off field after a catch, infuriating, not injured, not fatigued, they are shown on bench and during sim but not during play
