Quick and Easy Crochet "Angel" Crop Top / Bralette Tutorial

- Hi! I'm finally getting this tutorial up just in time for the summer! I'm so excited about this tutorial!! The top is super easy to make and take little to no time at all. It takes me 30 minutes to make the top but keep in mind that I've made the top several times so I could honestly make it with my eyes closed lol. Honestly the top is very versatile/ light weight so it can be worn in any weather. I wore mine layered in the winter! Hopefully the measurement section isn't too confusing. I tried to be as clear as I possibly could.
I used one skein of size 4 (medium) neon green (Limelight) "I Love This Yarn!" acrylic yarn from Hobby Lobby, but many different yarn types are suitable for this pattern!
I also used a 10 mm hook, 8 mm hook, yarn needle, and scissors.

I’m a beginner at crocheting and this was my first project. It turned out GREAT!! I did single yarn since I haven’t tried the double yarn method and did two rows of single crochet for the straps.

You can use a different hook size! 🥰That’s why I put emphasis on the measurements and not so much the hook size. You’ll get the same results just a different look 🖤

This top came out so cute, I love it❤. I did my straps differently so I had less sewing to do tho. I made the first chain of 33inch (my measurements) and then I attached it to the top corner of the top with a sc and single crocheted along the tops length. Then instead of finishing it off I continued to make a chain of the same length as the first one. I hope that helps someone ❤. 25:24

Hi simple and easy bud after dividing your 34 inches into two which is 17 Y subtract 3 inches
Once you start crocheting into a chain, it increases the length of the work. The subtraction helps to keep the top from being wider than desired.
3 inches off your bust to have a snug fit around your breast area. If you crochet it at that exact length, it will be longer if that makes sense.
