Notice how he left the sides of the foil open instead of wrapping dogs completely around. Saves bun from being soggy. Pretty smart and observant.

Gloves should be changed constantly. He changed his out and note how he uses one for utensils and one for food.

So he uses the open-top Sara Lee buns. And then he toasts the top of the bun is that correct? I know I always try to grill my buns but I have the regular open face buns I guess so. And I just put it face down on there Grill the inside. But I guess he just grills the top?
It's all for appearance. Customers love the extra effort and we all eat with our eyes first. And yes... just the tops.

Fake gloves at 2:03 (actually latex) and throughout the video. But some states don't allow dairy products so fake butter is better than no butter.

Yes a shelf or board would be nice. However, the way I see it is this man is doing with what he gots. He doesen't seem to make excuses for not utilizing his cart and making money for his family. Great job for what you got. Seems like you have all you need. Lol, are you half mexican?
