my rule of thumb with dead man walking is if I know an enemy is right around the corner I'll lightly tap the cover and say as low as possible "Dead man crossing" or something similar

To me, there's three kinds of airsofter: there's the guys who are living the dream of being the action figures they used to to bash together, the veterans who are using it as a way to keep their muscle memory engaged while making sure everybody has a good time at it... and the guys who take it way too seriously because they either got turned down for the army or didn't have it in them to even try but want to pretend it makes them real soldiers.
I feel like these videos would be better with some kind of follow up video explaining those things, how to avoid being such a player and so on. These videos already explain it in a comedic way, but it’s always nice to hear the thought process behind it and a serious explanation ^^
Generally the bang rule in airsoft is for if you're engaging someone at a distance within 5 meters and don't have a CQB weapon (i.e a pistol) Trying to repeatedly call bang kills against someone who is well outside of the 5 meter minimum engagement distance is a high road to making the entire field hate you

I use "dead man walking" all the time, just not purposely louder in front of enemies with the purpose of giving them away, that just sux.

I could understand that, if my emails about it weren't being ignored, mine went up in the first video he did after receiving the patches last January. I know it was mine, because I made them myself, was a team patch. Right now i'm just feeling scammed
