I'm a volleyball player about the same height as you and can't touch rim. My goal is to be able to dunk and get crazy 3rd meter spikes one day... I had lost hope since I'm 17 and probably won't grow much more but after seeing you and another guy with crazy vertical IRL it kinda motivated me to at least try 😁 Good video

Riq B would you recommend jump rope for increasing your verticle. I’m a complete beginner, doing wall sit iso, cafe raise iso. pogo, max approach, squat jump, sprint, drop jump. i’m old, i’m 32, I’m only 5’9. I have a weak lower body so i need to hit squats more in the gym too.

Hey Riq, was wondering what shoes you recommend for outdoor courts specifically? I’ve been using Serious Players Only shoes but I feel like they work a lot better indoor than outdoor
I really like the way of wade shadow 5s for outdoor and also the son of flash. Really thick outsoles for outdoors!
