Y así se va girando esto reloj hasta llegar hasta las 12. Ahí la pantalla desplegará “Cal oK” Se presiona el Botón Central y se revisa la posición de las Manecillas en función Brújula. OBSERVACIÓN: Se puede dar el caso de que, al girar el reloj en sentido de las manecillas de reloj (hacia la derecha), los grados OESTE y ESTE, estén invertidos. Por lo que, se puede probar a realizar la calibración OCULTA, con el Norte del reloj, orientado hacia el Sur y, realizar de nuevo el proceso 11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,12 Si el ajuste no se lleva como se describe, se leerá un “Err 02” y, habrá que hacer de nuevo el proceso o, al salir de ahí, estará suspendida la función BRÚJULA, hasta hacer bien el proceso.

I put my pristine Expert away in its original box about 7 years ago and this last week I got it out and had a new battery put in it and no function that uses a sensor is working. METEO, ALTIMITER and THERMO all are non-functional. WTF?
Would you be able to get the contact of your supplier? I have tried to buy directly from TISSOT UK and they don't deal with end customers. The shops/retailers won't sell the part because they want to stab you on the labour price. I think your contact can sell not only to me, but to all the other people on the comments here, and make a reasonable commission.

watch repair I live in Brazil, I have already contacted Tissot international and the only way to get part is trough the repair centers doing the service. I have even contacted a repair center in UK, but I was not able to purchase only the sensor. In Brazil, replacing only the sensor cost me 350 USD, so it does both worth the price.

make sure that there is an insulating film under the battery, usually it is discarded with the old battery

a transparent insulator stands under the battery. make sure it is in place. without it there will be a short circuit of the battery
