    Coconut cutlet curry is one such delicious curry preparation enjoyed and devoured by almost all. This is one of the authentic and popular dish in Odisha. Nadia bara tarkari is one such dish where coconut plays a major role.
    Ingredients-
    Rice- 1/2 cup
    Greenchillies- 4
    Cumin-1 tbsp
    Salt -as per taste
    Grated coconut- 1 large coconut
    Turmeric powder- 1 1/4 tbsp
    Oil for shallow frying vadas
    Oil-2 tbsp
    Bayleaves-1
    Cloves-2
    Cardamom-1
    Cinamon stick-2
    Potatoes- 2 medium size
    Tomatoes- 2 medium size
    Black pepper-9
    Melon seeds- 1 tbsp
    Crushed ginger- 1 tbsp
    Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
