You told the ratio of rice 1 cup and dal 2 cup,????? We just do the opposite,rice 2 cup and dal 1 cup ,I don't know whether both are good way of making pitha
Yes... the ratio of urad dal and rice in pitha is 1:2..But for the thick batter consistency and for softness I used 2 cups of urad dal here in this recipe..It tastes super delicious and super spongy..I am sure you will definitely love to make in this way, once you try ..Thank you..
